Location is great for those traveling by train since its just adjacent to the station. It is close enough to the old town historic area to easily walk or take the local tramway system. Cafes and convenience stores are very close by. This is a newer hotel with great decor.

We did not have a car to park, but it seemed to have no area for guests to park or even a drop off area in front of the hotel. The front is difficult to see behind an elevated sidewalk that runs the length of the building. There are steps to navigate with luggage to get to the entrance.

It is New, stunning modern building with super friendly staff. Highly recommended

If I have to say something, there was a dirty cup in the cupboard, but they changed it right away.

We were a group of friends staying in the suite, and we really liked the design. The design was beautiful throughout the hotel. Every corner was Instagram post material. We loved it. We arrived in Nice by train, so it was super convenient that the hotel was just next to the train station. Excellent location! We could easily travel to Cannes and Antibes. It was wonderful. The breakfast was tasty.

There were mosquitos in the room, and they bit us every night. The sofa bed wasn't uncomfortable so one may consider booking another room instead of sleeping on the sofa. We couldn't eat a proper dinner at the hotel because the restaurant was closed during our stay for repairs.

the location is mostly good , about 10-15 minuts walking to the city center , the gym is nice even though kind of small , the room is nice and the staff was very nice and helpful.

when we first came at night we were a little bit terrified because of the envirment at night, it seems a little bit intimidating , we came by night and the closest parking is by the train station a few minuts walking, the rooms could have been a little more clean the day later and the maid came at 5 pm when we were already in the room' the rooms also could have used an air freshner because there wasnt a good smell when we first came in. we also had a problem with the ac the night before we left and there was no tech available at night after trying to figure out the problem for almost two hours they offred us to change the room but it was late already so we chose to stay in the room/

Everything was great, got welcome cookies which is a nice gesture and there is free coffee and tea which is also great. Staff was awesome and great breakfast. Beautiful terrace or rooftop with great views very comfortable and clean and we would definitely book it again.

There was smell in the pillow on first night but then it was fixed and everything was clean for rest of the stay. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Excellent accomodation for few days, the Hotel is located near the Gare Centrale on the city of Nice. Strategic position near shopping streets and 20 minutes walking to Place Massena. Our room had two single beds and it was very comfortable, well heated and very quiet. We used the Fitness Centre equipped with Technogym machines! The staff was warm and ready to answer to our questions. My pet was welcome! Absolutely recommended.

Amazing staff, so welcoming on arrival and throughout. Warm cookies on arrival after a busy travelling day was a super added touch that was really appreciated! Beautiful clean room with the most incredible shower! Great location being so close to the train station, perfect for a day typo to Monaco and airport connections. Would definitely reccomend to anyone visiting Nice

Good location, close to train station. New hotel, very comfortable bed, good isolation. Also nice breakfast. And it was great they let us to early check in for free.

It was nice to have bath robes. And more options for the mini bar - at least a snack.

The reception area/ restaurant, were exceptional!, decor, staff and the viewfinder were really wow factor!, a special mention for the concierge/security staff who were so helpful and informative.
