My recent experience at this hotel was an absolute delight and a testament to excellent hospitality. The room was not only comfortable but also thoughtfully designed, with every amenity one could need. The provided blankets ensured a cozy and restful night's sleep. Extended Stay: Initially planning for a three-night stay, I decided to extend my visit, and I'm so glad I did. The overall experience was so enjoyable that I didn't want to leave. Helpful and Courteous Staff: The staff at this hotel is a true asset. They were consistently helpful and displayed the utmost professionalism. Both the check-in and check-out processes were efficient and pleasant. Transparent and Honest: The hotel's advertising was entirely transparent. Great location to the tram station and to the main street (Avenue Jean Medcine). Mattress is very comfortable, showers with hot and cold water working very well. The room is clean, and air-conditioning is working fine. TV has more than 40 channels in many languages. Bed sheets and towels are changed daily. The room rate is reasonable. Exceptional value for tourists like me.

The lift is small and just enough for 3 slim people, or 2 slim people with luggage. Also, no showel gel and no shampoo provided. Bring your own. Small issues to me.

The room was nice and bright. Plenty of room. Good location. Ten minute walk from the main train station. Five minute walk to the tram stop to get you down closer to the sea. The staff were very good. The reception desk could answer all my questions about where the local supermarket and laundrette was. The cleaners were very polite and did a great job.

There was no fridge to store food or drink in the room. This is reflected in the price you pay. Only a big problem if you need to store food overnight or like cold drinks in the morning.

The staff were all extremely helpful and happy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although very basic decor. Good location, 5 minutes walk from the main train station, 2 minutes from the nearest tram stop. 5 minutes to the cathedral and around 15 minutes to the beach and old town. Loads of shops nearby and a few restaurants.

There wasn't any tea making facilities in our room. We missed having these. The bathroom was also very small but it was useable. You could hear guests in the other rooms at night time.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is in close proximity to the train terminal. Bring your swimwear because you'll have to walk a bit to reach the shoreline. You can walk to both old city and the airport side, where there are numerous restaurants.

It was stated in the reviews that you will hear noise from adjacent rooms, so it was not a pleasant experience when they had a loud party which we experienced in our last day unfortunately. Wi-Fi isn't good enough and there is no min bar.

Hotel has an amaizing location, just few steps from the mail street where are lots of shopps and markets. Also train station is very close to the hotel. People who are working on reception desk are very profesional, polite and helpful in any situation. Special thanks to Claudia, because she provided us late check-out with small child. Hotel Amaryllis has really great team of people. It would be my pleasure to recomend Hotel Amaryllis to my friends.

Everything was ok

a great place to stay in Nice! location is very convenient- extremely close to the train station, but also only 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. it is close to the main shopping street meaning there’s shops and a lot of restaurants around. room was clean, comfortable. staff is attentive and nice. loved my stay!

wifi was slow at some points- but not unmanageable. bathroom was a little old-however that didn’t make any difference anyways, as everything needed was provided.

The location of the hotel is in an excellent place. The main train station is a 5-minute walk away, the Promenade is a ten-minute walk away, and if you're coming from the airport, the Medicine Station is a five-minute walk from the hotel. The room is spacious, with a comfortable bed, and the hotel staff is highly commendable. They are always there for useful information. Recommendation!

I have no complaints

Very clean. Room had good air conditioning. The staff were friendly and courteous. I slept like a log - the room was pretty quiet at night with the window closed. It was very handy for both tram and main rail station so everywhere was easily accessible.

A couple of issues - I kept having to sign in to the Wi-Fi network - it didn’t remember me, 2ndly there was no English speaking channels on the TV. Neither would put me off using this hotel again.

Great location in proximity to the train station, but yet not too far from Vieux Nice and the water, a nice walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Really comfortable bed and linens of good quality, great towels (not the skinny type. thread-bare type you sometimes find), a workspace and plenty of room to hang clothes. Good water pressure in the shower. Continental breakfast was nice. Room was very clean and tidy.

A room safe would be great if possible. Small details like repainting the bathroom door, which was scuffed, would leave a nicer impression. There was a strong sewer smell in the shower, which I think is to be expected in old properties, but I did have to shut the door to the bathroom at all times as it was quite pungent. Also, the shower didn't drain well, but this can happen.
