Very good location with friendly staff. Air conditioning unit is on the wall and works well for heating and cooling as you wish. There is a cafe next to the hotel that looks out on the cathedral. You can have your breakfast there or in your room for a discount. All members of the staff were friendly. Cafe, front desk, housekeeping, you name it. They all also spoke good English. The hotel is around the corner from the train station, the cathedral, and the main shopping street of Nice.

The rooms are not soundproofed at all so you can hear people in other rooms cough, sneeze, conversations, go to the bathroom or things they do in the bed.

The location of the hotel is just great - literally on the main street, the staff were very helpful, there is a nespresso coffee machine in the room so that you can make yourself good coffee, the room is cleaned daily, wifi was great. Even a birthday gift was given to us by the hotel. Free croissants or fruit are available at the reception. Локацијата на хотелот е едноставно одлична - буквално на главната улица, персоналот беше многу услужлив, во собата има машина за кафе неспресо за да можете да си направите добро кафе, собата се чисти секојдневно, безжичниот интернет беше одличен. Дури и роденденски подарок ни подарија од хотелот. На рецепцијата се достапни бесплатни кроасани или овошје.

The second bed had a bad mattress and the room is small Вториот кревет имаше лош душек и собата беше мала.

Lovely Boutique Hotel in the centre of Nice. Excellent service from all members of staff. Had a wonderful atmosphere. Was beautifully clean and cleaned to a high standard every day. Parking nearby which was a huge bonus, as was the Hug cafe which was next door and provided not only an excellent breakfast but also had the best coffee along the whole of the Cote D'Azure!! Would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back. Thank you to everyone associated with the hotel for making our week long stay so enjoyable and memorable.

Location was great, personnel professional and helpful, balcony in the room we have stayed in. We also had coffee machine and hair dryer. We have received 3 soft drinks in the room after arrival, and there is a water machine next to reception. Good wifi

-Breakfast was very light and not enough place to sit inside( only 3 tables I think) - Our room was not very clean , there was dust everywhere, especially on the floor. - slow water pressure in the shower -really small elevator - it was noisy due to church bells ( not hotel’s fault but still you can expect it) - no place to put your things, no wardrobe

The location is great, a few minutes walk to the metro station that connects you to the airport and within walking distance from all the attractions. Try booking the room looking at the Notre Dame church, as it really adds to the quality of stay. The staff was extremely helpful, swiftly responding to a question I had about a piece of jewellery I might have left in the room after checking out. The little cafe which is part of the hotel is also lovely for morning coffee. As hotel guests, we got free drinks in the cafe.

The toilet is a bit too small, it'a difficult to close the door while using it. It can be challenging for taller people.

Excellent location in the center of NICE, a short walk to the train to the airport or to nearby cities. We had a Superior Double Room with Notre Dame view with breakfast. We received a larger room with a sofa on the spot, which was a pleasant surprise. There was a beautiful view of the cathedral, the room was warm. A bed with a quality mattress, a small fridge, the possibility to make coffee or tea. Everything clean and beautiful. The receptionists were pleasant, helpful, we got free bottles of water. It was served a sweet breakfast: sweet yogurt, 3 pieces of sweet fresh and crispypastry, fruit salad, juice and coffee of your choice, which was excellent. Excellent coffee in the cafe on the ground floor.

There was no hot water in the sink and shower, only lukewarm. A loud bell from the cathedral woke us up early in the morning.

The staff were all welcoming and very helpful with any questions and recommendations. Our room was a nice size with a great view on to the Notre Dame. The room, stairs and lobby were all very clean and had a great design. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and great shower as well. Also loved the little touches they did to make you feel even more welcome for your stay. A great centrally located spot - only a few minutes to the train station which was great for our 6 night stay and doing day trips. 20 min walk to the old town or the beach, but was a straight path which was fairly easy to do.

Rooms could be a little more soundproof, but noise is to be expected when other guests are coming and going with bags and stairs

The staff are responsive through email and WhatsApp. They were very helpful since the complete instructions on how to get to the hotel is not indicated after booking. Different rates should be mentioned such as estimated taxi price from airport to hotel, tram ride, etc. I like that the rooms are clean and bountiful complimentary shampoo and soap. We booked a room for 4 pax but 3 only stayed which is I think is better if you are 3 adults so that you can pack/unpack your luggages altogether. The buffet breakfast is EU 9.50/pax if eating in the restaurant and EU 5/pax if bringing whatever you can fit in the tray. The coffee is heaven.

City tax is not included so prepare to pay for it separately when checking in. I was charged with the 4th person even if we are only 3 pax staying in the room. The reception is too small and tight so you need to squeeze in every time someone passes. They don't have private luggage storage but you can leave your luggage in the concierge area. I suggest you put your laptop or small valuables inside the luggage than in the backpack for more security.

Comfortable. Small room but good for solo travelers. The room with the balcony is nice to have your breakfast outside. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent. They have umbrellas for guests to use when it rained. Gave me a pocket WiFi to use during my stay. Right in the shopping area.

Small shower space, water would leak outside bc it’s one of those half closed ones. Had to use spare towels to dry the floor . There was construction next building and there was noise .

Central, clean and with a great view!

During check-in, the receptionist told me that check-in before 3 o'clock costs an extra 10 euros. Something that has never happened to me in any hotel, if the room was ready I have always checked in early for FREE. After I refused to pay 10 euros, the receptionist told the other receptionist in French mockingly (thinking I didn't understand) that I didn't pay 10 euros because it seemed expensive.
