Location was perfect. close to restaurants, close to the public transport and to pubs.

We couldn’t control the temperature of the heater in our room.

Although backing onto a busy street, once the windows were shut, the shutters put down and the air con set to a comfortable temperature, our room was very quiet! The bathroom was a large wet room with a terrific monsoon shower - clean with plenty of towels. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Despite the large bathroom, there was however nowhere to put any toiletries. Perhaps if there had been a shower screen there could have been another shelf for items you want to leave in the bathroom. If you have allergies, you also need to know (and I didn't realise this) that pets are welcome in ALL the hotel bedrooms.

Location, location, location. Good value for the money. Large Privilege room. Friendly staff.

Visited in February -extremely cold and a bit humid in the room. The air-con is not a proper heating, not heating at all. Refurbishing taking place in the hotel. Disturbing noise by construction work from the shop below. Privilege rooms are ground floor, many of them looking over a narrow street between the hotel and the Opera.

The location is fantastic - a few steps to the sea and beautiful promenade. The central square is just around the corner, many cafes/restaurants/shops around.

If the room is not with sea view - doesn't feel that you are actually so near the water. My windows faced the windows of the opposite building (quite close) and the room was a bit dark even when the sun shone brightly. The room layout was quite unusual.

Without realizing we booked our stay during the Iron Man - I guess that explains the price a bit! So it was cool (ish?) to be on literally the front step of that event but also the Promenade d’Anglais.

The smell! I can’t even describe the smell of our room. It was like a mixture of refrigerant cooling solution or cleaner? Really overwhelming.

The location is too good to be true. On the beachfront but away from the very crowded parts of the beach. Right on the edge of Old Town but not in the middle of the criwds and the noise. And very easy to get to by tram from the airport! A winner!!

AC was meh. Normally I would not point this out, but I’ve had better AC at a cheap hotel in Rome. Could have been better, but could also have been worse. Still an excellent stay!

Location could not be better. Personnel friendly and helpful. Drinks to buy in the reception. Quiet room despite location, also liked the balcony.

A couple of nights wet towels were left on the floor after cleaning, Didnt bother us too much though. All and all a very good experience. No elevator, but ok for us.

The location was great! It was across the Promenade from the beach and a 5-min walk from the Old Town.

We paid extra for a privilege room and were hoping we would get a view for it, if not of the beach then at least a view of the town. Instead, we were on the bottom floor and only had a view of the interior yard with all the bins and boiler pipes. It was our bad for assuming that extra means view!
