The hotel is beautiful and in a great part of Old Town.

The only real negative about our stay was an issue with the staff. Because we arrived far earlier than check-in, we had the hotel check our bags so we could go out to explore. They were placed in a secure, locked room that was only accessible by employees. When we returned, it was obvious that someone had gone through our luggage. Our bags were unzipped and rifled through. And not just the exterior zippers. Someone had gone through the trouble of unzipping each individual pocket within the bags. Thankfully, we carried our passports and money on us and nothing major in was taken. It seems like the culprit was looking for cash.

Very central location, everything within walking reach. Spacious room, excellent service, building in very good condition.

Need to bear in mind, that you are in the middle of old town full of cafes and restaurants thus there will be some noise during the night.

It was extremely comfortable hotel that I would definitely book again for my family. Staff was beyond exceptional. I booked a tour through the Alps that I needed to change the number of people on it, Julieth helped me after hours to communicate to the group in French. I am forever grateful. It’s an excellent location in old town. It’s about a five minute walk to the beach, close to an amazing market and 15 minute walk to the Chateau. It’s a 25 minute walk to the train station, but you can take the tram to the train station as well. The tram was about a 5-10 minute walk. We traveled with our 2 year old and there was a park close by, as well as grocery stores to pick up snacks and breakfast for her.

The location is good. A bakery is just beside the hotel and there are plenty of cafes and eateries around. 5 mins walk to the beautiful Nice beach. And walking distance to Castle Hill. I like the washing machine and dryer available in the room. Room was equipped with all essential items.

Not enough long bars for hanging towels and clothes in the bathroom. The water indicator from the bathtub tap is also mixed up, hot water comes out when you turn to blue and cold water comes out when you turn to red.

The location was excellent, right in the old town, so handy to shops and restaurants, the room was big and spacious and had a large bathroom. It had a kitchen and a washing machine/dryer combo which was excellent. If you are travelling by train try and get an Uber as the taxi's are a bit of a rip off as they charge you a flat rate which was expensive and then demand cash. You are not able to get the taxi into where the hotel is as it is walking only but witha good Uber driver they can get you close. The windows are double glazed but there is still a little nosie from the restuarants in the square next to the hotel but it was not enough to keep us awake, there is a great little convenient store right across the square to get some basic food. There was no breakfast included but heaps of places to get food. Loved our stay, highly recommend.

Fantastic location in the Old Town of Nice. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite which was sizeable. Excellent kitchen area with a washing machine which was very handy. A few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants very close by - I can't imagine staying in a better location. Staff very, very friendly and helpful. Well stocked bathroom.

Unfortunately, being so well located has its downsides in that it can very noisy at night with sound from late night revellers. We were also unfortunate to have what sounded like a herd of elephants staying in the room above us who were not considerate of others. Despite this, I'd definitely stay here again.

The apartment was everything we read about before booking. It is modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable. It had all the amenities that we needed throughout our stay to feel comfortable while staying within our budget. Location was ideal and we could easily visit shops and restaurants and the various sites. We loved our stay!

It would be helpful to provide more instructions on how to get to the hotel using different modes of transportation (tram, bus, taxi, etc.). When we researched on the net how to get there using the tram, it gave us the wrong stop that led to us dragging our suitcases all over the city for about 40 minutes in order to find the hotel. Providing some directions in advance would be helpful.

The staff were the best! They were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

There’s no road access to the property, which made luggage unloading and loading a bit difficult since we drove, but the main road isn’t too far away - the staff helped us with finding an appropriate pick up drop off point.

The room was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a washing machine and kitchen available for our use. We also appreciated the front desk staff, particularly Sofiel, who was so wonderful. He was so kind and helped us stuff our luggage into our rental vehicle at 5 AM. We would stay here again and are so happy with our stay!

My only complaint would be the elevator. It was a little slow but overall, not a deal breaker. We were so happy with our stay!
