I don’t like the fact that photos about the facility is not true. The photos on the category of the studio I reserved isn’t what I got there. Update true informations please. Let people see what they want to go for

Rooms were clean, staff were helpful, good breakfast variety

Could have done with more or bigger towels, €350 for 2 nights was fairly expensive for the location

Represented good value. Being reasonably close to the main suburban rail line was appreciated. The room was a good size, clean and with kitchenette. Staff lent us a power adapter which was handy. Being cose to Carrefoure supermarkets was a bonus. Bed was fine. Didn't require breakfast. A drinks spillage in one of the lifts caused stickiness on the floor which didn't get cleaned up overnight.

Unfortunately, our room didn't appear to be fully prepared for us upon arrival (after midnight). The under bed storage drawers were stacked out on the floor, there was no bodywash/shampoo bottle available. The fan only appeared the following day. Hardly any toilet paper.

I loved everything about the hotel. It was safe and comfortable. We were a family of 4 and there was more than enough space for us. I love that they had a table and a whole kitchen in the room. The view outside was so beautiful too. There were great walking areas with beautiful view. The station was 10min away with a shopping mall close to. They do have a private parking as well so don’t worry. The staff was kind and communicated with us in english, since we couldn’t speak French.

The bathroom was great but I didn’t like the fact that when you shower the water is flooding everywhere and there is no windows in there.

More indication for the parking entrance because it is not really visible. I had to check 4 elevator before finding the right one. Also we cannot park front of the hotel for the drop off or quick pick up, too bad. I asked for free parking and I got a positive answer on booking but the parking was additional fees.

Nice decoration very comfortable for 2 adults and one girl 16 years old ! It's a good location for disneyland with only 5 stops by train and for Paris it's easy to train and metro ! Good for the family ! But at night when you return by train it's only the area down the bridge that looks dangerous ....but if you go the circle is ok ! Thank you !

Down of my room i think an open new store and in the morning make noise...and the pillows must be longer It's small for sleep!

Location very convenient if you are planning to go to disney land, val d'europe, and downtown paris. Short walk to the noisy le grand RER A station- through les cascades commercial center.

No room service if your stay is less than 1 week. (5 days with no room cleaning). If your stay is 1 week, you get 1 time cleaning on day 4.

Really helpful reception staff and staff at the breakfasts. All could speak English which was very welcome, sorry we couldn't speak French. No issue was too hard to deal with. Had two rooms that were able to be connected , which was really useful for family of 4. Loved all the amenities.

Everything was okay.. we have a beautiful stay in this hotel residence.. we got everything we need.. Near Metro or public transportation.. near shopping mall.. and near Disneyland. The breakfast is So good..👍
