Staff were excellent, room and hotel was spotless at all times, got upgraded to a room with a bigger bathroom on arrival and this was a huge bonus for us made the whole stay much easier! We used Uber to be to and from the city, it wasn’t cheap per say but as a group is worked out more efficient than trying to navigate the metro Breakfast is lovely when we had it, the bed itself was rock hard and the pillows not the best, this could do with some work but it’s a budget hotel and everything else more that exceeded our expectations so all in all a solid 9/10 from us

The beds were so hard and the pillows too soft, this could have been negated by having more than one pillow per person.

Reasonable room space for a family. We were given an adjacent room for my two sons and for my husband and myself and my 7 year old daughter. Very near and accessible to a shopping mall and train station going to Disneyland. Reception staff are great. Breakfast is decent and breads are fresh everyday. Room service staff and reception staff are very nice and accommodating. Try the turkish restaurant near the hotel as the prices are very affordable. They offer wraps,pizzas, and burgers and chips. The shop owner was very kind. We survived our Christmas dinner eating their food. Overall a great stay.

Free (and sufficient) parking available at hotel. Parking lot is about 50 meters from hotel accross the road. Good access to Paris and Disneyland with RER station nearby. Rooms are small but efficiently setup so there is enough space to move around.

The shower cabine is very small, that is not the real problem. The issue is that the most unhandy crane has been installed which is easy to move when touching and also sticks out quite far into shower cabine. So easy to hit in such a small shower cabine and you are treated to a very hot or cold shower.

It is a vey good value for money hotel. You have to be realistic in your expectations, the hotel is exactly as it is described, a budget Ibis Hotel and therefore, you won't be disappointed. I travelled with my 7 year old kid and we got a really big and quiet room with a generous bathroom but I know that there are also smaller rooms. For instance, I wouldn't have minded if the room had been smaller, we used it only for sleeping because the main purpose of our travel was Disneyland. The hotel is close to shops and to Noisy le Grand Mont d'Est station and it should take you no more than 20 minutes till Marne La Valee (still in reality it could take you up to 30 minutes and a little bit more due to the problems on the railway). The room was very clean and breakfast quite generous for Paris taking into consideration it is only a two star hotel. Regarding the noise outside, we don't actually care because we use white noise until we fall asleep as in every hotel there is slamming of doors at some point. I rated the hotel with maximum points because it met my expectations, staff was very helpful and hadn't unpleasant surprises.

The staff was amazing and they treated my son with so much care. Room size was fair and it had a real bathroom, not the usual shower cabin I usually see at Ibis budget.

The room cleaning service was confusing. Onde day they removed all towels with no replacement, the other day just 1 of the 3 towels, also with no replacement. I could easily ask at the reception, but it didn't really make sense.

The breakfast is very good which serve newly baked bread fresh from the oven, with coffee and juice which refilled by staff. The room is clean and comfortable and has air-condition which is a relief after roaming around the city during summer.

The Wifi signal is very slow. I was able to connect but it cannot upload to social media even a single picture. The path walk going to the Hotel has no lamp post light. It is dark and scary to come back late at night to the Hotel.

Convenient room, USB charge ports in addition to electric outlets, availability of conditioning (switched it off though, it's not yet hot in the night), convenient WiFi, great location relative to transport

Lock clicks from all nearby rooms are heard just as if it is my door being unlocked, hard to suppress «are they already cleaning at 08:00» thoughts in the morning while getting ready to leave…

People working there were really friendly. Breakfast was excellent, croissant always fresh and also waffles. The area where it is located is not great but 6 minutes far from RER station and shopping center.

They could improve the cleaning.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room . The shower was tiny , kept knocking the tap when I moved.

Didn’t expect much, yet you can get quiet comfort room and fairly new facilities. Clean and tidy. Just abit complicated with public transport. If you know want to have a fair rate, it’s more than perfect.
