Excellent location, a comfortable bed /although it was not a double bed but two twin beds together, which would be fine if the beds didn’t move and separate constantly. The hotel is located a minute's walk from the metro station, with a great connection to all famous attractions. Friendly staff. There is a safe in the room, and the young and helpful man from the reception desk helped us set the code for the first time. Tasty breakfast/ the coffee was too weak for us, so every morning, we grabbed espresso to go for 1.3e, at the vape shop just across the street from the hotel. Hardworking gentleman never missed to say good morning during the breakfast service, no matter how busy the dining room was. The room was clean, a bit dated, but very well maintained. The linen and towels were spotless, and the refrigerator worked well. Quick check out.

We arrived before 14, so I guess that was the reason the first room we got was not cleaned when we entered it. So, instead of waiting for the room to be cleaned, we were offered another room that was ready, and it was a mistake. The room was the same, but the window was facing another window and two walls/ photo attached/. Let's make it clear- we stayed in the room only at night to sleep, but it was so depressing to open the window in the morning and have no clue if it was morning or evening, and you cannot even guess the weather. I know they would give us another room if we requested, but we had no time to waste after the long trip- we just wanted to take a shower and run outside and enjoy the beautiful city.

Hotel 121 Paris surpassed my expectations with its outstanding service, clean rooms, and convenient location. The staff's friendliness made for a pleasant stay, and the on-site amenities added to the overall comfort. I would gladly return to this hotel and recommend it to others seeking a delightful experience in Paris

The locality is nice, with a metro near the hotel. The room was clean and had a closet and fridge, which was nice for its price. The receptionist was very kind, and everybody was helpful. There are many food options around the hotel. I would come again.

When people came at night to the room beside us and they were talking loudly, we could really hear them in our room. But I think that happens a lot in hotels.

Clean and nice room Comfy bed and so close to metro station, which was the best thing after a long day of walking around! Nice friendly staff and check-in and out were easy and efficient

Pillows were not comfy Joining rooms(ours had a joining door - you could hear a lot from the next room) The room wasn't huge but was big enough for two people

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to metro, cafes, shops, pharmacies... Cleaning every day, friendly staff. I really liked my room, I lived there for more than two weeks!! And it was cozy.

Staffs very helpful and friendly, nice, gave us a lot of information and recommend to do and not to do, small hotel but very convenient, located in the city center next to cafe, bakery, supermarket, restaurant, near to metro station. The room was rather small but the bed was so comfort.

Clean and big room

One staff member was extremely rude. He didn’t seem to understand that tourists may need guidance on ways of transportation to/from the hotel

The staff is so friendly an helpful very kind and nice, location just fantastic, easily walking distance to the Arc And Eiffel Tower, for ppl like us who like to walk also cool to walk till the Louvre , metro just near and good cafes, great place to stay

will be good to have some small renovation, just like refreshment, to look more cozy

The beds are extremely comfortable, so much so that my friends didn't want to wake up and we were late. The price of the stay was great and I really liked where the hotel is located - it's not in the centre, but it's very close to the metro station and there are numerous good restaurants around.

Taking a shower leaves the bathroom floor covered in water because of a gap under the glass divider. There was also a lack of plugs, and the only one near the bed didn't work.

Budget hotel, comfortable for 2-star accomodation, convenient to Metro, staff are friendly & helpful.

Stairs are challenging if you don't like small lifts.
