Comfortable rooms and beds, tasty breakfast, good location.

Difficult to find an entrance to the hotel because it’s in the yard and there are no signs. WARNING: if you need urgent Booking.com help with any property, be aware that the Booking help message chat will send you an auto-reply that they will get back to you within 24 hours. There is no real and urgent Booking help by messages chat. Calling to Booking.com helpline can cost you very expensive (if it is an EU call to the UK) and they don't cover these expenses. And when you stay on the street because of Booking responsibility, they don’t provide another apartment. That’s reality. So never trust that in such situations you will get help from Booking.com.

Staff is very friendly, good value, good for weekend trips but not longer

Weird entrance and the room was not very clean, bathroom quite dark

The hotel was very nice. Underground parking, even at Euro 20 per day was still very good in Paris. The little one, 11, had her own bed and space which was super. The location was fantastic with the metro and train/tram just a 4 minute walk. We did not take up the breakfast option for the 3 nights we stayed and there were plenty of places to eat and for the most important morning coffee. The room was super quiet so we were able to sleep till 9.30am without a problem. The temperature in the room was just right and was cleaned everyday so was really good service. There was a bar as well as a couple of restaurants downstairs. The staff were very nice and helpful. We did not need to trouble them for anything. Location, room size, comfort, facilities bar the coffee were all good so five stars!

Only one thing that comes to mind that there was no kettle, tea or coffee facilities in the room so I had to wake up to go visit the local bakery for REALLY nice coffee, which was still ok. I would have liked to have any kind of coffee in the room just to get us up and then still go get REALLY nice coffee ! If they ever need to be super good I think they should just get the small kettle and provide normal coffee or tea ! As I said before it was indoor parking which is really good and probably unheard of in Paris but when you do pay at the machine make sure you get some help and also get the receipt just in case.

A very good hotel situated in the proximity of stations metro, RER, tram and buses, good restaurant arround a very good one of the hotel. We had big concerns according with the generally very bad reviews, but the reality what we found it was very different. Congratulation for the stuff and the management for a hotel with nearly 700 rooms!

1. If we have such a minimal space of the room I couldn't understand to occupy with a huge and useless cabinet for the supporting of the flat tv, which was one for a wall installation. 2. If the is a such small bathroom why don't we have an adequate wathbasin and one with such a depth that it is needed to snake yourself?

We stayed in a family room, double bed and a single bed (a real single bed not just a sofa bed, see image - its the side room not the main bedroom), this was a bonus. All staff were very polite and helpful. Lovely to be around. It was nice to have a side room within the family room for kids, was good to have a little more space. There was a lift to the streets and the nearest Tube was on the same street, a five minute walk. There is a vending machine for all essentials onsite which was helpful as we forgot out universal plugs.

Lack of food options for vegan/vegetarians. No refreshments in room. Bathroom clean but old. No iron in room.

We were asked to fetch an iron from another room ourselves, we weren't going to do that so we didn't iron. Not much food options for vegetarians in the onsite restaurant. Breakfast was costly for what it was ( eggs, toast, bacon, beans - continental breakfast), other cereal and cheese and ham provided. Evening meals we couldn't eat anything in the restaurant nothing was suitable for vegetarians. No kettle or tea and coffee in the room.

It was a spacious room with good transport links nearby to the city. We used the train station nearby which we found easy to locate. It was a lovely hotel and the staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here

The mattress in the room didn't fit the bed frame properly which was inconvenient as one of us was left hanging off the bed. It was quite difficult to find the hotel originally as google maps does take you to the car park entrance and we weren't sure where exactly it was. However, no complaints really nothing put us off and would stay again.

Breakfast had very limited options, but the options that were there were very tasty. The bed was super comfortable and the view was excellent. Bathroom was exquisite.

The reception staff who checked us in were very rude and uninterested, put us off asking any questions, and we weren’t told what time breakfast was so we missed it on our first morning!

Really great location, 2 metro stations close by, in a nice area with lots of restaurants and bars within a 10 min walk. For sure the rooms aren’t the most modern or attractive, but for the price it’s very reasonable

The area near the metro line 13, Porte de Clichy seemed a little bit rough at night, if I was alone I wouldn’t have felt very safe. Also, you have to pay to store your luggage, only €7 but still not really great

The property had lots of facilities, staff were great, rooms were clean and comfortable, shower was excellent and it was located well near the metro and park.

The towels were too small, like the size of math mats and there was no hand towel or face cloth. There was also no tissues in the room. This normally wouldn’t bother but I had such a bad, unexpected cold I had to use toilet paper.
