The design of the hotel is brilliant and the smell is excellent. I like that I asked them to decorate our room as a surprise for my girlfriend as a romantic theme to be able to ask her to Engage, and they did a beautiful job, as we were out visiting the city, by the time we came back it was all balloons and candles and red rose petals, thank you!

I didn’t like how they take the payments, they ask for a lot more than expected and use they’re refund 3-7 days if there is anything to be refunded. Pre-authorisation payment should not exist as long as BOOKING.COM specifically says pay nothing until you get there (free cancellation is not really respected, if you charge the customer money 1-2 weeks before, then wait for refunds) I stayed at other hotels and Pay nothing means NOTHING being charged off your account. The pre-authorisation they charged was 1 night equivalent out of our total, and that spoiled the surprise I had planned for my girlfriend because she seen the transaction on our accounts and she then found out we are going to Paris, wich I worked hard to keep as a surprise.

First of all, there is a very close metro station, so the location is very convenient What I liked about is hotel is the staff friendliness and support. you don't see the same "official" attitude that you see in conventional hotel

At our arrival we were asked for a 50€/day diposit which was nowhere mentioned during the booking even though the room was fully prepaid

Very good location. About 5 minutes walk to the metro and from there it’s only 4 stops to all the main attractions. Clean rooms, great shower, a very comfortable bed and great blinds too, we couldn’t tell if it was morning already or still the middle of the night which helped a lot with getting a good rest.

Breakfast is not worth 24€/pp, not much of a variety. Not sure if that’s how it is all the time or if it was an unfortunate day for us but they only had 3/4 types of salami, cheese and toast with gem, nothing more. Might have been a bad day but the buffet area is quite small anyway so I imagine that’s how it usually is.

location close to line 14… very comfortable bed , nice and clean room with the right facilities.

Base of shower door leaking ( broken seal) ,shower gel bottle found empty the first day but another bottle were sent to the room immediately after have been signaling it to the reception.

I like most is the stuff they are approachable and friendly I like the room it's clean the aircondioner it's not that cold as I expected it the coofee good I like the brand of the tea and the taste of course the green tea well well well it was just sad television down stair was not allowed to be watch for we normally have in our room yeah right food I like borata breakfast little expensive but worth it there's choices anyways I like the stuff name Mielle if I'm not mistaken and there is one more actually he did my tropical passion drink perfect taste good garden little cute with a beautiful logo TRIBE well done merci ♥️

First , I wasn't able to go to the gym with no access. I asked one of the stuff, and she didn't know anything. I think my mistake is that she was not assigned there 2nd is that while we having our breakfast I ask a favour if it's okay to open the television one of the stuff said okay but other said no without explaining why I wonder why they put on television there

Great location and beautiful hotel with garden. We really enjoyed the small market at the bottom floor. We wished we had a little more instruction on the AC - but once we figured it out (windows have to be closed), everything was grand. Easy walking distance to 3 metro stations and a lot of cute cafes nearby. Highly recommend, and the staff was very helpful.

Modern, good location, a little outside main attractions, but easily accessible by public transport, which is only a short walk away. Near a public park

- 200$/ night seems a bit pricey for what it offers, being a bit further away also - Rooms very small, no place to really manage your suitcases - Old elevators, which were not working well, bumpy after it stops

Great location, close to two metro lines, with several restaurants, bakeries and cafes nearby. The Hotel is a very clean, beautiful design, and offers excellent customer service. The bed is high and comfortable, the room is also very clean and cosy.

The shower has no pressure and releases little water. You can also hear people slamming the doors of other rooms very loudly. As well as knocking on the door as if it were knocking on the room I was staying in.
