The location is excellent. The hotel is within 1-3 minute walk to Line 1 (Reilly-Diderot) and Line 8 (Faidherbe-Challigny). Many attractions (central - Louvre, Musee de Orsay, Invalides; peripheral - Pere Lachaise Cemetery) are 15-20 minute metro ride away. The neighbourhood is safe and clean and there are a few stores within 5 minute walk (Carrefour City). There are many typical Paris bistros and bars nearby which offer "standard" French cuisine; there is also a good Tibetian place (Bar a Momos) with 5 minute walk. The hotel is clean; staff is friendly and helpful. Apartment comes with a few dishes, cutlery, a small fridge, a small safe, and free WiFi. The room is not cleaned everyday but we exchanged our towels for clean ones after a few days.

The studio (room, kitchen, closet) is small, by North American standards. But this is expected. The most unconventional was the shower. In our room, it did not have a "catch basin". The water goes directly on the bathroom floor and then into the drain. After a shower, the entire floor of the bathroom is wet. Bring a pair of flip flops if you want to get into the bathroom after somebody else had a shower.

Good size apartment, had kettle and good sized bathroom and good sized bed. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Room was freezing overnight as had two windows (Room 106). We understand the hotel abides by the government 19 degree cap however a thin duvet did not suffice - would suggest blankets being available in cupboards. Mattress was very thin and a little uncomfortable but was ok for 2nights

Location within walking distance of two main Subway lines (#1 and #8), very convenient. Staff service. Near by stores, restaurants, bakery, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.

My room was on the 1st floor (2nd floor for the US) facing the street and the noise AT ANY TIME of the day or night was unbearable (traffic, neighboring elementary school, containers for the neighbors where to deposit glass, trash/recycling bins out everyday ALL on the sidewalk and at the door of the Aparthotel entrance)and on top of that the trash/recycling truck passes by everyday at any given time 😖!! The AC in the room set by the administration at 24C was like nothing in the days of 30/32C days that we had 🥵!!

The location near Gare de Lyon was good. The apartment was big enough for a couple. The bed was excellent. The apartment was clean and the staff helpful and polite. Breakfast in house is cheap and good. The Metro is just at the end of the street and there are many restaurants nearby. Also an ATM is nearby. Just Google to see where. The Reuilly area seemed safe and clean.

The train strikes which left us stranded mid way from Champs Elysee to the hotel. It was sudden & even locals were caught unaware. Had to find taxi & had no idea where we were. C'est la vie.

Perfect location to travelling by metros. One can use lines 1, 8 and 9. Three supershops are also in walking distance. Besides, many restaurants are all around. You can also buy fresh fish or meat from local shops which I did. In addition, the area is peaceful at night and safe for night walk.

Should provide complimentary towels for guests staying one week. The price was a bit higher, but I was in the middle of the tourist season.

We have stayed twice at Apart Hotel Adagio Access Paris Reuilly; on both occasions we were accompanied by young couples (with small children) who were staying in similar studio apartments. In our opinion the studios, the hotel and the neighborhood are all very well suited for visits to Paris. In the first place the studios are well equipped, attractive and very clean. They are not luxurious but they are comfortable, bright, quiet and contemporary. The bed was especially comfortable. The studios are not "child-proof" but they are rather sensibly designed and furnished, having few sharp edges and fragile items. The Wi-fi worked well, as did the heating/air-conditioning and the kitchen equipment. We feel that at the time of our visit the studios were reasonably priced. The lobby of the hotel is comfortable and is even equipped with a selection of toys and children's books. The front desk was staffed until late, and staff were helpful and efficient. Reuilly is not a tourist destination and lacks famous monuments and museums. However, the Aparthotel is near to two metro lines and to several major bus lines. Moreover, it is within walking distance of the delightful Aligre market, Ground Control, the Viaduc Art Walk and, more distant, Place de la Bastille. More important, the Aparthotel is surrounded by innumerable lively restaurants, cafés, and shops of all kinds, from high-end to very economical. In short the environment of the Aparthotel is not the Paris of tourists but the Paris of Parisiens.

We have no complaints. In relation to the price, the size of the room, the equipment and the services are beyond reproach.

Spacious apartment is an convenient location. 2 Metro lines within a 4 minutes walk, bakery and mini supermarkets within the same distance. Staff was really friendly (which was a surprise after reading some other reviews). They organised a Egg Hunt for the kids on Easter Sunday, which was great. The bed was comfy, as it was the sofa bed (though the kids were the ones sleeping there). They also have a laundry with an industrial washing machine so that you can wash your clothes for around 5 euro.

A couple of remarks that are more personal choice than dislikes: The shower room only has a screen on one side, so the whole floor would get wet and if someone needs to use the toilet, or get in to brush your teeth etc...would be stepping on wet patches. It would dry fairly quick though (1 or 2 hours) The temperature was pre-set to 20 degrees, and while I personally prefer warm than cold, it was a tad too warm for the rest of my family.

10e location. Minutes away from 2 Metro stations. Local area well served w bistros, patisseries, food sellers, pharmacy. Got a good sense of living in Paris. Opening windows. It was great to have modern, stylish, spacious accommodation in a popular tourist city. Laundromat nearby. Complementary lemon cordial in the lobby. A nice treat after a big day of touristing.

Previous occupant(s) had smoked in the room and the smell became stronger as the stay progressed. Wifi was patchy at times of high demand - morning and night. May also haven been an issue about how far we were from the router. Staff helpfully suggested we come to the lobby to do things that were urgent and time critical.

Very good location, 2 min walk to metro line 1. Kind stuff, nice lobby with 24 hour reception. Room size is good for Paris.

They gave us side room, looked different and smaller than the photos, With noisy a/c and weird smell. After we complained, they switched our room the next day because they were fully booked in the first night and the 2nd room was fine. If you plan to visit during the summer - the AC is not so good, you can`t control the temprature, and it is set to 24c. Not so good.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the kitchenette was useful. It was handy to have two small desks so we could both work. Internet speed was good. Super close to metro 1 or 8 and to restaurants.

When we arrived the heater was set to 27, way too warm, we opened the windows and it cooled down during the evening. The shower is not fully closed so everyone we showered, the whole bathroom was wet.
