Room was very spacious and comfortable. We had a deluxe double on the 4th floor. Windows opened for fresh air which we always love. . Everyone in our group said how wonderful the beds were which is very unusual in so many people. We were there for a surprise birthday gathering. Bathroom was well thought out with a bath and shower and a separate loo. Good wardrobe with lovely luxurious hangers. Coffee machine AND a kettle. Bliss. Limited number of coffee capsules and tea bag. We were given more on request. Fresh milk was available from the reception staff to put in the fridge. Very quiet hotel but within walking distance of bars and restaurants and many interesting places. Staff are very friendly, stylish and professional 24/7. They even found me a french adaptor. at 3 in the morning. The lady in the bar was very friendly but sadly had nothing people wanted to drink! Plenty of local alternatives though. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Fresh eggs and omelettes were cooked to order. Vast continental breakfast available. We did not use the spa personally but one of the group had a lovely massage and swim. Reception found us taxis in incredibly short order. There was a very efficient storage solution for leaving luggage. Most attentive hotel we have stayed in for years. Definitely earned the stars. We will definitely stay again if we are in Paris.

We spent a very small amount of money in the bar as we were part of a large group and it was a nice place to sit together. The profits could have been pretty large! Sadly the bar is not very well run and the stock was very low. No Gin, Tonic or fizz of any type available... Only one beer was available. Lots of whisky and cocktails. Quite odd really. I had a nice cocktail but others were unable to buy a drink. No offer to restock for the following night was made even though we asked the night staff about it. We therefore spent our money in another bar. Hopefully this was not a usual problem.

Although small, the room was very functional and well laid out. Also it was spotlessly clean. The AC was exceptional. The staff lovely. The location - a bit away from the tourist areas, was fantastic with lots of bistros and food choices within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

The breakfast/coffee is expensive and i think there could be better use of the outdoor/breakfast area space. Maybe make it more inviting with fresh croissants or a happy hour later in the day. But this is just being picky. There are so many places to have drinks and food in the immediate area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Size of the room was really big, bed was clean and comfy. The pool and spa facilities were easily accessible and to a high standard.

There was no where to put the suitcases in the room, room could have had a bit more furniture as was so large it almost felt sparse.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and patient. We took my mum for a surprise stay for her birthday and mentioned it during the booking. On arrival my mum found flowers and balloons in her room, making it truly special. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Having use of the pool, sauna and steam room really adds to the hotels appeal. We would definitely stay again 😍

The room was clean, comfortable and suited the two of us to explore Paris. We didn't have time to enjoy the additional amenities such as the pool & spa but it looked great. Breakfast were nice and the staff were very amenable. Highly recommend as a hotel to stay in Paris

On the first night the air conditioning was not working so we had to open the window, but this was resolved the following night. It was a bit annoying that the door to the bathroom would not stay open and had to hold door back, it felt a bit dis-engaging as a couple but overall it was good

There was nothing that I would say impressed us at all. Although generally the hotel was good. Would not say this hotel was 5 star.

Total lack of local information for foreign visitors. The breakfast spread was good, but the helpfulness of staff was poor, e.g. no one said you could get omelettes, and that other coffees were available.

Breakfast was excellent -quality over quantity. The same is true for everything. The spa is small but very nice. I was traveling with my 9-year-old daughter and everyone was really lovely to us.

Definitely not cheap, but that’s to be expected for a fairly central 5-star hotel in Paris. It’s also not completely in the center, but I actually prefer the Bastille neighborhood myself

Staff were very friendly. The pool area was lovely. Felt very relaxed afterwards.

I'm vegan, the breakfast was full of meat and cheese and no options for me except plain bread. The bar area could be a bit smarter.

Initially the room we was given didn't match what your picture showed or the description given. We was given a room in the next class down. We phoned reception to tell them and they immediately moved us to a room that matched what we expected and saw in your pictures. The pool and spa area is very good. We didn't have breakfast because at 28 euros ahead that is way over priced given you can get exactly the same outside for less than half that price.

lack of staff working in the bar area at night. Each night we went to the bar the receptionist had to go and find someone to serve us, on one occasion we waited for fifteen minutes for someone to come.

Everything. Great staff who are helpful and friendly, amazing breakfast, comfortable rooms with great bathroom facilities, comfortable beds, umbrellas at the front door to borrow… Beautiful building, great pool (though small).
