Apartment was spacious for central Paris, and had everything we needed. Kitchen has all the things you need to make simple meals. Central heating was excellent. All day use of the coffee machine on the ground floor was great. We hired a car on the day of leaving Citadines, and were allowed to park in underground carpark to move our luggage to the car, as no chance of getting an on-street car park. 3 mins walk to metro station, yay!

Feather pillows, but that is Europe, so just something to live with.

Quiet and loads of restaurants and supermarket around the place.

A staff that wasn’t helpful when I asked for somebody to unblocked the toilet…the toilet was blocked and when I flushed the toilet the water from the toilet overflowed.The staff said well the mab that fixes it is not here tonight you have to wait til the morning.I have to go down to the reception and asked we need a toilet for the night I have 2 kids with me.(she give me a face saying deal with it!) I didn’t stop there I have to ask can we move to another room we need toilet during the night and she pointed the toilet across the reception and tried to say we can use that toilet for the night and imagine our room was on the second floor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, next to metro line 1, quiet district, close to supermarkets. The kitchen and a large table come in handy when traveling with the family. It was clean. Balcony where you can sit in the evening with wine.

The apartment is a bit outdated (especially the bathroom and toilet), although very CLEAN. The microwave didn't work. The dishwasher did not wash the dishes completely. It's not really serious disadvantages, just little things. I would book again anyway and I recommend it to anyone, especially families with children.

Close to metro and major train station. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries close by. The self service laundromat was just 20 meters from the hotel. The kitchen in our apartment was well stocked with enough utensils and equipment to cook a simple meal.

The apartment was a big small for two adults and two kids but it is Paris and we made it work. Despite this, we would happily stay here again.

My husband and I loved the property a lot! It was a magical time for us. Room was exceptional!! Had everything we needed! First of all it had a small kitchen with so many useful equipment such as cooker, toaster, kettle, fridge, pans, cutlery, all sorts of plates and bowls and stuff for cleaning. There was a small balcony with a nice green view. Table with chairs was so nice to eat breakfast or just to sit late in the evening. Bathroom so nice and clean. For us it was just so perfect and practical too, because due to the vegan lifestyle, we were able to prepare food the way we loved ! Really overall fabulous experience and we are recommending this place very highly!

Location is excellent close to Metro , boulangerie, restaurants and sights. Lovely staff. The layout of the apartment is perfect , could not be better, clever kitchenette, everything you need was there. Such a great gesture to offer free coffee by bringing your mug, and offer recycling area to safe the environment. It is very clean, the beds were very good, the bathroom nice and big, separate toilet , and the balcony with street and tree view a bonus!

Absolutely nothing, just bring earplugs if you are on the street side, but you'll need them anyway in Paris if you are sensitive to city sounds.

Good location just a few minutes away from metro serviced by several lines. Also walking distance to Gare de Lyon. Room at the rear of hotel was very quiet. Small kitchenette was well equiped although we only used for tea/coffee and breakfast.

The hard mattress made our backs ache. The small balcony had no drain and it remained full of water after heavy rain.

Great location, 2 metro stations, train station, mini supermarket, laundromat and cafes all within walking distance. Very clean room. Nice to have facilities to make a basic meal and breakfast.

No instructions in English for using the dish washer and the heated towel rail in the bathroom. We tried using both, just did not work even after a staff member came to check it. The dish washer just did not function. Both probably issues with maintenance. The plug in the kitchen sink did not fit at all.

A well equipped apartment in a good location, which provided everything we needed. Staff were helpful and efficient and the free coffee was good.

We asked for a room as high in the building as possible, which turned out to be the second floor. The room was great but the street noise was an issue. We had to sleep with the window open due to hot summer temperatures. Maybe a small air conditioning unit could be supplied? There was a fan, which was very welcome, but insufficient on its own.

The property is in a convenient location-it’s a short metro trip to anywhere in Paris. The Diderot metro (lines 1 & 8) is a 2 minute walk and the Gare de Lyon train station is about 15 minutes. We found it more enjoyable than being in the hectic more touristy area. There are numerous restaurants in the area - we enjoyed Les Trois Freres, lots of great choices with 2-3 course specials changing daily. Also lots of restaurants and good grocery store (Intermarche) on nearby Rue Charenton. We stayed on the 4th floor in a room with a large patio-it was a pleasant surprise to have such a nice outdoor space! The rooms don’t have a lot of space for luggage and there’s no drawers for clothes but the kitchen was good, stovetop, microwave, kettle (no coffee maker) and lots of cutlery & dishes. The hotel offers free coffee in their breakfast area ( we didn’t purchase the breakfast it seemed rather expensive) The coffee machine was great- cappuccino, lattes etc. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful when we had questions.

The half glass in the tub/shower made it difficult to prevent getting water all over the bathroom floor.
