The location was very good, a few minutes away from Pasteur Station, that connects you with all Paris. The staff was friendly and the room had good space. I tried the breakfast and it was very good. There is a grocer near by with everything you can need for a perfect tourist meal. The neighbourhood seems very calm, and there is some good restaurants near by (i wish, but couldn´t try them, they looked great).

The elevator takes you to odd floors. For the even floors you have to go up one floor by stair. A bit of a nuisance if you take your bags up to your room, but not a big deal.

Clean room in a central location of Paris. Friendly staff, all charges were clearly explained. Room was very nice as was the bathroom. All very clean. Available mini fridge allowed us to have cold beverages in the room. Room size was a bit small, but it did not impact our stay in the least. Room was cleaned every day. Would stay again, and recommend it to anyone.

Small things. The pillow was a bit too soft and flat for my taste. Would have preferred to have separate shampoo and bath gel, instead of only bath gel. Don't know how the cable system works in Paris, but it would have been nice to have access to some channels other than french-only channels. While researching the hotel before my stay, there were several people complaining that the elevator stops in between floors, and you have to either go up or down a small flight of stairs. This is no big deal in my opinion unless you are in a wheelchair. Breakfast was way overpriced! Would have liked to have breakfast at the hotel, but never tried it due to the high price (18 euros per person).

Great hotel, great central location close to eiffel tower and cafes/restaurants. Staff helpful and friendly when needed, didnt have breakfast as i was heading out on day tours, trip to eiffel tower arc de Triomphe, but i imagine the breakfast would be good to. Room very clean with tv and comfortable bed, next time im in paris i intend on staying here again i recommend 100%!

It is a cozy room. They bed is comfortable. It is located in a nice neighbourhood where there’s a lot of nice food and groceries around.

The facilities is a little bit old, nothing much to complain about really. The shower platform is a bit low, so the water kept coming out from the shower room.

The location is great! walking distance from many key areas and right next to the metro making moving around the city very practical and easy. Rooms are good sized for Paris and very comfortable and extremely clean. Contrary to many reviews I read, the hotel has AC that works great and they had a kettle, coffee and tea in the room.

The rooms are not strongly sound proof and how bad or not the situation gets might depend from level of booking and how considerate neighbours are.

The staff were friendly. I had a nice room with a good shower, and coffee making facilities. There was even a distant view of the Sacré Cœur. Close enough to Gare Montparnasse.

Hotel a bit noise during the morning, room doors isolation needs to be improved, we can ear all the noise done by the cleaning team and people accessing the rooms, the door closer spring is to strong so all rooms generate a lot of noise every time someone close the door.

small room but comfy and extremely well located, 50m from a convenient subway station + with many nice places to eat and drink

the hotel is quite noisy (not due to outside street noise but inside noise: doors slamming, noisy stairs, virtually no sound isolation between rooms)

Newly remodeled! it was in a great location, super close to the metro. Nice neighborhood.

The buffet. Right when we arrived (after a very long flight), they told us about the buffet, that is was really big, with real coffee. we had to pay for it ahead of time before seeing it. the next morning there was not much food and the coffee machine was not working properly. we had reservations for the Louvre so we couldn’t wait around. it was a lot of money for not much.

Location next to bus stops and the metro station. A very good cafe-restaurant just beside. The room was modern and renovated.

The elevator stops between the floors so you have to walk some stairs up or down. The shower cabin doesn't have a door, so the floor becomes full of water after a shower. The toilet bowl is in a very tiny corner so that you can barely fit on it.
