The every single person at the reception desk was incredibly friendly, helpful and always available. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. I loved being able to make my own soft boiled eggs. Everything was fresh. Great location! Supermarket and pastry shop just at and around the corner. We took the metro everywhere. The mini refrigerator was great. We were able to chill a bottle of champagne for my birthday and keep cold waters. The shower was better than mine at home. Air conditioner unit in the room worked very well.

A nice welcome is always a good start. Easy, and fast with a smile. The room was clean, with a good bed The shower could have worked better, something to fix... The location is just perfect , on a small street in a nice area where you can find everything at almost every hour, restaurants, fresh fruits stores, bakeries...and coffee places For the shopping addicts , le Bon Marché is opened every day, have a tour in their food department.

Maybe a nicer view, but staying for one night ...it was at least very quiet.

Very friendly and inviting staff made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable, especially with my terrible French. (My first solo trip abroad) Room was a really nice size and the bathroom was huge, loved the larger shower. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back later in the year!

The only one problem I had which was very minor was that the aircon wasn't working, but honestly not a problem, easily open a window etc.

Just the right size for one person, and the tea making facilities are very helpful ! Interesting decorations too…Alexandra at the reception is very friendly and welcoming lady ! l hope l could make this hotel as my staple place to stay when the prices are not too expensive…. All the local shops have nice ambiance of Paris including « Grands Épiciers de Paris »less than 10 minutes walking distance.

One chair with a back to lean on would be nice…The shower door may need checkup, as the water splashed out despite the shower door was closed.

the facilities were all that I needed. It was at the end of my holiday- which had turned into a bitof a nightmare because of rail workers strikes- which meant I missed trains, and bookings and much of what i planned was totally wrecked. By the end of my trip I was utterly exhausted. What I liked was the familiarity of your B&B. A small story. My mother and father always stayed in ebury street whenever they returned "home". I followed their tradition. And I love the location. Its so easy to find great restuarants, and walk to places.

I liked to have the window open, but the street lights bothered me. A lovely staff member solved it by pulling the blind down, so that I could get to sleep!

A small hotel, in a relatively quiet back street, in a superb location for many of the main sites, e.g. Les Invalides, Eiffel Tower are both reasonable walking distance. The Metro station (Duroc) is 100m away, offering good east/west and north/south lines. Montparnasse mainline station is 10 minutes walk away. Loads of reasonably priced restaurants on the doorstep. The hotel itself offers all the amenities required for a week's stay in Paris in summer, particularly reasonably quiet air conditioning, and a fridge

The hotel is tall and narrow - only 3 rooms per floor - with a small lift. Consequently, as6th floor dwellers, you can wait a little while for the lift. However, this is a minor issue

We loved everything about this place! The location is great! The metro station is just around the corner, there are dozens of restaurants and bakeries across the street, there’s a little convenient store just up the street where you can get anything you need, and most of all there is a laundromat diagonal from the hotel, open 7 days a week, it reasonable and very clean. We stayed here before and would do it again!!!

Very close by to the metro station and mini supermarkets. It was a very good sized apartment which almost had everything you need in a home. Room & beds were generally quite clean and comfortable, it was a good stay.

It’s a 30 minutes walk one way to the Eiffel Tower. And the narrow staircase to bring your luggages up (no lift). No oven. Dishwasher was very dirty and washing machine detergents were not provided, the same for the dishwasher.

We were in Paris at the beginning of July so it was really hot - we really appreciated the great air conditioning in the room. The bathroom was very clean. Given that this hotel is on a main road there was very little street noise during the night

The room is quite small but it was lovely and cool and clean. We weren't in Paris to spend time sitting in the hotel so this really didn't bother us.

The room was modern with aircon and modern design. It was small but very clean and comfortable. There was a balcony for added space. The breakfast was not huge but gave a very good variety to meet our needs. There was a 24 hour desk, very helpful. The desk assisted me in whatever request I had 24 / 7. This hotel was very secure and we felt safe. The metro train was 2 minutes walk and the bus station about 5 minutes walk. Quiet neighbourhood, you could walk up the road about 7 to 10 minutes for unlimited eateries as well. I would gladly recommend this hotel.
