We got on time daily cleaning in the room, which is great because a lot of hotels stopped doing that after the pandemic. The location was close to the #12 Metro line and a bus stop so it was very easy to get around.

Balcony was way too small, but apparently all of the balconies in Paris are just that small. Despite cleaning every day, there was a pickle in a bag on our balcony that we met there, that was never removed. Subtitles on the TV never worked. One of the employees yelled at us one day when we returned to our room, but she yelled in French, knowing that we don't speak French and when we asked her to clarify, she dismissed us with her hand like she thought we were a waste of time. That was very unprofessional and I really wanted to confront her about it, but we had a long day and didn't see her again before checking out.

Best things is the location for sure, everything you need is there and the Eiffel Tower is a lovely 15 minute walk away. The staff were so helpful, room was cleaned everyday. Bed was comfortable, the rooms are small but spacious enough to not feel uncomfortable. There is also great parking 2 minutes away from the hotel. When I come back to Paris, I will be staying here.

We went during the summer, so it was really hot and the air-con would switch itself off - again it was 34 degrees in Paris that day! If you like a spacious room and you’re wanting too stay in and relax, I wouldn’t go for this hotel. BUT if you’re looking for a hotel in the heart of Paris with endless shops and great streets to walk this is the one for you!

Kindness of staff :)) they all are really good, nice and smiling people. Our 3days stay we felt like we’re at home. Merci for everything :)))) à bientôt :)

The only thing I can say is the size of the room. But it was a standard room so I don’t expect that big but maybe it could be little bit bigger for could open our luggage properly. We needed space for our luggage. But anyway when you see all staff smiling then you don’t feel any problem at all:)

My partner and I stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights. The hotel was in the perfect location, being a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. There are plenty of metro stations around to get anywhere you need which is very cheap. There is also Korean, Lebanese and Italian restaurants near along with many bakery’s and cafe’s, all in walking distance (and a Mcdonald’s). There is scooter bays located very near too which are convenient to get around once you download the app. The hotel was very clean, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The rooms are small but not restricting. There was still plenty of room for the 2 of us. The doors onto the little terrace area were a lovely detail, perfect to let natural light in and fresh air. I asked for a high floor room so that we were in for a chance to see the Eiffel Tower from our room and the staff gave us a 6th floor room where could just see the top of the tower with the light beacon. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, always greeting us when we entered and exited the hotel. They even allowed us to use someone wine glasses and a bottle opener to enjoy a tipple in our room. We decided not to have the breakfast at the hotel as we wanted to try other places in the area and the breakfast display seemed a little small. At check-in, I was informed the money they had taken as a deposit when I first booked the hotel will be returned to my account in the following week and at checkout they allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby while we explored the city a little more in the time we had left before coming back to England.

The striped carpet on the stairs are like an illusion! Sends your eyes funny as you’re coming down them. Not a bad thing, just a heads up! 😂

The location is very good. You have good cafes, restaurants and metro nearby and it's very easy to reach some attractions by foot. The staff are friendly and don't have any problems with communicating in english.

My room was very small, but it's probably because the building is a bit old and the rooms used be small to have as many rooms as possible. Also, I could hear other guests taking a showing in the room above mine.

The room was affordable and the staff were friendly. They even provided us with information about parking in the area so when we drove in we knew where to go. The hotel has some cute cafes and patisserie near by. We were able to walk from the hotel to the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, the Louve, and the catacombs from the hotel.

There was what looked like water damage on the ceiling. Breakfast was extra at 20€ per person which felt too high for a continental breakfast.

Excellent hotel for the price you pay !!! The location is very very good, the cleanliness was very well maintained , but the best of everything was the stuff… those ladies on the front desk were so helpful and nice… I would rate my experience with them as absolutely perfect 🤩 definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking to spend amazing weekend with your partner ! Thanks again guys 🙏🏻

The receptionist was super nice, she let us leave our bags in the front when we arrived super early. She gave us some VERY GOOD, warm croissants and even heated up some water for coffee. We were tired and insisted that we sleep in the lobby for a couple hours but we left because we were already being bad guests. But overall a very hospitable little hotel.

Me and my partner spent the weekend here and were very impressed with how friendly the staff were and how clean the room was. Overall a very good experience and would recommend people stay here

Very minor things brought this hotel down for me the bathroom was a little bit smaller than I was expecting other than that the hotel was lovely

The hotel is very good located, near a metro station and easy access. Walking distances from other 2 metro lines. The people there were all very polite and super helpful!

The only thing I would mention as a bit negative is the size of the room.. maybe a bit too small but having said that I would still go back and stay again... at the end of the day we didn't spend too much time in the room.
