Hotel was lovely, room was perfect, bathroom great size, bed was comfy, lovely view of the street out the window, made me feel very thankful each morning waking up. Can pay extra for breakfast at the property but there is a little bakery across the street and we ventured there every morning to plan the day! Has a small bar, a sitting area in reception and an area with a computer. All very well decorated. Clean and tidy. Safe in room easy to use. Hairdryer, a good one at that. BRILLIANT stay!!

NOT COMPLAINING AT ALL BUT - there was a smell of the drainage every now and again, nothing over powering and when you put the shower on for a while it got rid of it. The shower door was broken so had to lift it to open but was manageable.

Have stayed here many times through work over the past dozen years, and I was happy to extend it for a personal weekend break post a work event. Staff are always great, friendly, helpful and personable to approach regarding any information, including tips this time on best places to visit for the Xmas markets. My hotel of choice when in Paris.

My only comment, was when I moved to a twin room to share with my daughter joining me for the weekend, there was a constant whistling noise in the bathroom, presume from the wind getting in via the ventilation pipes. I have very sensitive hearing so had to wear earplugs to be able to sleep. Not something I had encountered before at the hotel, having stayed in many of their rooms, so think this was an exception.

The location was fantastic. Only a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel tower and a stone thrown away from the subway. The room was very small but very cozy and clean and well equipped with coffee machine, safe box, etc. The staff were extremely friendly specially Stephanie and the breakfast lady 😁😍 You shouldn't expect to have a lot of variety in breakfast items. Very limited but delicious 😋 All in all I really enjoyed my stay 😍

The room is spacious (for Paris' standards) and nicely furbished. Staff is kind and accommodating. I asked for an early check-in as my flight got in in the morning and despite being very busy they did their best to give me access to the room a couple of hours earlier than the normal check-in time. Bed is very comfortable and there is everything you need for a short business travel (hairdryer, coffee machine, etc.). Wi-fi works well.

It was very close to the UNESCO Headquarters where I was heading for 3 days. Internet was good. Slept well. The bathroom was very nice. The toiletries were very nice. Great coffee. Staff very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Felt really safe. Very nice place. The metro was few steps away. Very good restaurants around. Supermarkets close by. Highly recommended

Only pork ham and sausages were available for breakfast. No chicken or lamb.

Staff is very friendly especially Stephanie. Room was just nice, comes with coffee machine, a small table. Space is just a little small not enough to open a luggage, but i think it is normal in Paris. Location is perfect, near to 2 stations for differernt metro line. 20 mins walk to Eiffel Tower (can be shorter duartion as I walked slow, with bike was 8 mins)

Good location with the metro station Segur at the door step. Nice, comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful front desk staff especially Stephanie who made us feel at home.

The safe in the room should be fixed - the ‘clear’ ‘lock’ pad is not legible. The door bell at the main entrance need to be check to ensure it is working. Because we got back at 11pm one night and bell not working. Could not enter hotel until a guest from inside the hotel came to our rescue.

Room wasn’t cleaned on third day which was a surprise. Not an issue, just they seem to clean every day. Not the hotels issue. But they booked us a taxi. Should be 35 euro fixed price which is what we paid from the airport to the hotel. Driver charged is 42 euro. So double check.

Our room was very small but clean and comfortable… the bed and pillows were the BEST most comfortable we have had in 25 days travelling !!

I booked this hotel LAST minute due to my previous accommodation was cancelled 2 days before our arrival it had been booked for 5months ! So your hotel and staff were a pleasant surprise 😀

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and will go the extra mile to help. The hotel was also close to 2 metro stations.

The doors of the hotel rooms were really hard to open. They tend to get jammed, and I had to run up and down to the ground floor every other day to seek help from the receptionist. My neighbours had similar problem, and I heard them repeatedly banging against the doors trying to open their rooms as well.
