Passy Eiffel was just perfect for our stay of 5 nights. It was in walking distance to the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. The beds were super comfortable and breakfast was great. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The train station was a couple of minutes down the road and we worked out the trains quickly, Paris is the easiest train system to work out. We got a Navigo card and was able to jump on and off trains to go everywhere. There were a couple of great restaurants just down the road and a wonderful bakery a couple of doors down. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Nothing, everything was great.

The staff was helpful and kind, and allowed us to check in a little early since our flight landed in the morning. Christine was great! The hotel is in a great location - 15 min walk from the Eiffel Tower, and 5 min walk from the Passy metro station. There’s also a great bakery next door that we stopped in for our daily pain au chocolat. Overall great experience.

We did request a double bed, and we got a king. Not a big deal but depending on who you travel with, it would be nice to have separate beds.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was amazing. The staff were so warm and welcoming especially the lady on the front desk. We arrived before 3 and instead of palming us off to come back at check-in time she made effort to see if our room was ready early (which it was). The location is amazing and you can see the Eiffel Tower from the room we were staying in. Great restaurants and facilities in the area. Already planning another trip back and will hands down stay here. Thanks for everything 11/10.

I love the location with close proximity to the Eiffel and other tourist attractions. They also gave us a room with a little view of the Eiffel Tower which was a bonus! Close to the metro and just a nice neighbourhood with great boulangeries and eating places just outside the hotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodated my request for an iron as well as allowing us to leave our luggage after checkout so we could do more sightseeing before we leave for our next destination. Would definitely stay here again.

The pillows could be better- needed a more fluffy and comfy pillow. Wish they replenished with milk and sugar and have better coffee options , yes I could have asked for more but I think they should have this provided as a minimum standard.

The location is great, a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, yet not at all touristy. I felt like a local there! It’s quiet yet lively. I enjoyed good meals in two of the many cafes in the area. Christine at the hotel front desk is so lovely and welcoming. She has the most beautiful smile. I don’t speak much French, but she and the other staff (and people in general) were polite and helpful. The honour bar in the lobby was convenient and offered a good selection. The items were priced fairly. I also liked the abundant and delicious breakfast, a pleasure to look forward to when I opened my eyes in the morning. I couldn’t see the Tower from my room, but I did have a view of the pretty shops and apartments across the street. I would definitely stay at Passy Eiffel again.

There was a weird smell in the elevator.

Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Staff was nice and changed our towels everyday, even though we didn't ask to. Quick check in and out. At any information asked was met with readiness to help and kindness

Room (and especially bathroom) was very small and didn't look like the fancy photos at all, both for the size and for the furniture, beauty of wallpapers etc. No view on the Eiffel tower either, but on a very sad looking internal courtyard. These were two main reasons for which I chose this hotel, I wanted to surprise my grandma for her birthday, but got a little bummed. Especially since I paid over 200€ a night, for that price I would have gotten a 5 star hotel in other big cities I've been to

Great location close to shops, attractions, and plenty of transport. Just a 2 minute walk from the Passy metro station, or from the 72 bus which will take you along the Seine and to a bunch of the tourist attractions. 5 minute walk to Trocadero, for the best views of the Eiffel Tower. Reception staff were very friendly, and the room was always kept very clean and warm. Check out Seraphine (bakery) on the street over for amazing croissants and breakfast treats.

If you’re looking for authentic Parisian experience this is the place with added glamour. amazing and friendly staff during the day, that count not help enough, excellent location couldn’t have asked for a better area. walking distance to the tower. Highly recommend.

Night receptionist was quite rude and abrupt. we asked if we could have a milk and tea bag for the room as we had requested no room service so the items weren’t replenished and he said “ no only two milks per day” even after I had explained this. He also stood guard at the honest my bar watching my daughter mark what she was taking - no other staff members did this! very uncomfortable for my 19yrs old. That is the only negative aspect to our trip!

Great.Location. Quiet, walkable (~20 mins) to Eiffel Tower - we did this several times. Did not try Metro, used Taxis. Reception very helpful and booked taxis on request. Booked two rooms, room #2 (son/wife) was good size, good bathroom and seemed to have been redecorated

Room #1 for my wife and I was way too small, barely enough room to walk around the bed which occupied most to the room. Musty smell when we moved in, needed airing. Elevator very small.

It’s pretty, very centrally located with great connections to public transport. Hotel Passy is very well maintained, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room nice, clean and comfortable. The walking distance to Eifel Tower is a big plus and the area is lovely.

I found the breakfast slightly overpriced at 14€ per person but perhaps others see this differently (and it was definitely within the range of what seems normal). Minor deductions for the fact that a toilet brush was missing. Finally, bear in mind that if you’re a night owl who loves clubbing and bars, the 16th Arrondissement is probably not for you ;-)
