Fantastic room, hotel & location - though a little tricky to find! We travelled to Paris for Valentines and Hotel Villa Nicolo was such a gem! I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room esp. considering Paris standards where rooms tend to be small - the room was very generously sized and beautifully decorated (and the bonus was the bathtub :-) )! The room & hotel were really clean and maintained to a very good standard. The courtyard provides a nice cosy space to chill outside - if you're so inclined - lovely spot to get some sun or read a book! We couldn't have picked a better hotel (def great for a romantic getaway). The hotel staff were really friendly - Benard at reception was fantastic (hope I got the spelling right)! I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel reached out with a survey in order to curate our visit based on our needs - they provided lots of great recommendations for places to visit & restaurants - I thought this was a great and thoughtful touch - never had this before. The hotel is well located approx. 15min walk from the Eiffel Tower & close proximity to the metro station so easy to get around Paris. There's also lots of shops & restaurants in the area.

The hotel is tricky to locate on the street as it's a little 'hidden' so it was difficult to find. It's easy to pass the hotel as you walk up the street as the building number & sign are tiny and you might miss it. The breakfast was ok not fantastic, for Paris we expected lots more pastry options and freshly baked goodies :-).

Great location for Eiffel tower, 10 mins walk, and surrounding attractions, we could see the top of the Eiffel tower from our room, metro line just 5 minutes away and in a very quiet area, staff were excellent and very helpful, ordering taxi's for you to get around the city as required and seemed well informed about the various areas of the city. Breakfast was good, again staff were very helpful, you can eat breakfast anywhere within the hotel, so we ate in the outside courtyard area which was rather nice in the warm weather we experienced. Our room and the hotel were very clean and well maintained.

Our room and bathroom were quite small and was tight to move about, the bed seemed quite small for two, but the bed itself was clean and comfortable. Actual dining area was also quite small, but you can eat breakfast anywhere within the hotel.

Reception staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating: changed our initial reservation due to Olympic Games security issues, and then extended our reservation when I had to deal with dental emergency. The hotel is tucked away just off the main shopping area, so it's both convenient to shops/restaurants/metro .....and quiet, which is perfect for sleeping. We loved the funky decor and paintings -- certainly not "cookie cutter" hotel -- it's very unique and comfortable. I loved the private lounge areas just off the bar and out in the courtyard -- perfect for a quiet drink. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Only minor downside, was that the elevator didn't quite go all the way to top floor -- not a problem, if you're reasonably mobile, and the reception staff did help with luggage.

The property is charming, safe and close to delightful restaurants, shopping and attractions. The Eiffel Tower can be seen from many locations within walking distance. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the lounge/bar is inviting. Hotel personnel are personable, efficient and helpful.

The only minor irritation was the family suite located above us, which occasionally was noisy. The front desk was prompt to intervene.

The staff were terrific: very helpful and pleasant. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel overall, including my room. The breakfast room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was nicely presented. The lady taking care of the breakfast was very cheerful and helpful. I also appreciated that the staff arranged a taxi to the airport for me as I had a tight connection after the end of my work meetings. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The location was perfect for me: close to shops and restaurants without being noisy. I will stay again for a similar trip.

The only thing truly missing is a view, but the hotel is very quiet as a result of being on a small street with rooms facing an inner courtyard. There are also no additional amenities in the room, such as a fridge, which is not essential in any case.

We stayed at this hotel. 4 adults in one room in Paris! The room was large enough.for.all of.us to have our own corner. The beds were comfortable, perfectly soft. The sheets and comforter were also soft and cozy.. Even the pull out sofa beds were very comfortable. . The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations and help with taxi to airport.. Did not partake in breakfast so can not comment. This place is cute. In a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the Eifel tower. 7 min walk to major metro station. Great location.

No work out facilities

The location of the hotel is excellent, near the OECD and the Eiffel Tower. The room was very quiet.

"I really loved my stay, but there are a couple of suggestions for improvement. Having a mini-fridge in the room would be a great addition for convenience. Also, the doors could benefit from a soft-close mechanism to minimise noise, as I was awakened early by a neighbours exiting their room.

The hotel was really quiet, and the room was clean and comfortable. The same goes for the bathroom, with good light and a nice shower with enough space. All things considered, the hotel was really great.

The price per night is a bit too high compared to the same standard in Norway. Compared to other hotels in the same area, it was still more expensive, but also a much higher quality in total.

The property is in a fantastic location in Paris, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well kept, the breakfast is very nice, and the building feels safe and secure.

Location was great, 10 minutes down the road and you will find a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower! Lots of sites to visit within walking distance, but there are also Metro stations close by if you would prefer to get the train. Hotel staff were polite and helpful, our room was clean and warm. The only heads-up we’d give is that if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that does not face the courtyard as it was a little noisy with people coming and going. But saying that, we were there for the new year so it was bound to be noisier than usual with everyone partying! Overall though, a lovely hotel and we had a very enjoyable new year in Paris 🙂 Merci!
