Jean Etienne asked our plans for the day and provided directions and maps to help us on our way. He couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable. We had to leave before breakfast serving time, and we greatly appreciated that Jean Etienne provided us with a croissant and juice to take with us.

When we arrived at the property, we didn't have information to be able to access the front doors, and no way of contacting Jean Etienne as our mobile phones weren't operational. Thankfully the neighbouring business owner was kind enough to phone Jean Etienne for us, and he was quickly greeting us. A frustrating start after about 30 hours of travel time.

Great location! Close enough to everything, 15 mins from station and 15 mins from the river. Comfy bed. Great shower. So quiet considering off a busy road. Footprint is huge for its location in Paris. Jean was a great host, communication, kindness and very generous with champagne and brioche just two of the gifts during our stay.

Very minor, but a dressing area would have been ideal. Just a mirror above the desk would have worked. Doing make up in the bathroom after a steamed up from a shower. Not ideal.

Pretty much everything! Jean Etienne is a fabulous host, could not do enough to make you feel welcome. Very helpful with lots of suggestions of things to do in the area. Happy to help with making reservations for food or taxis. The property is in a great location with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants, cabaret, cinema, metro station outside the door! Breakfast provided was incredible - fresh croissants, fruit, brioche, cheese (to die for!). Room cleaned every single day. All the amenities you would need (umbrellas too, which were essential for our November stay). Our TV apparently had a problem and JE was very apologetic - we did tell him that we probably would not have even noticed as we were not going to be watching any tv anyway. To make up for this, we came back one afternoon to a bottle of Brut which was a lovely surprise. We also had sweets and macarons waiting for us on other days which was very welcoming after long days of sight seeing.

This is a stunning chic apartment in a perfect location, easy access to the Metro and train station and ideal for visiting central Paris and the main attractions. The room was stylish and immaculate and my teenage daughters thought it was fabulous! The breakfast was gorgeous set in a lovely dining room and the personal touch of leaving us a delightful array of macarons in the evening was a beautiful touch. Highly recommended and I’d definitely stay again if we come to Paris in the future. Delightful!

Amazing experience, Jean Etienne put in a lot of effort to make our stay special. Attention to detail was exceptional. Comfortable bed, with room cleaned daily. Fabulous location for metro, trains and restaurants. Drinking water sparkling & still replenished daily. Wonderful breakfast, both filling & nutritious. Lovely gesture of bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our time in Paris.

I like this accommodation very much! I will bring my friends or family to live here next time I come to France! Going out is the subway station, and convenient transportation makes everything convenient! Very clean bedding!

In fact, there is nothing unsatisfactory, except a small deficiency. I don't know if I can drink orange juice after I finished it at breakfast, because I saw that the pot of orange juice was empty, and I don't know if I can get a new pot, because I only drank less than half a cup!

#1. Jean Eienne, the manager was the best. We arrived early after an overnight flight and he let us leave our bags before we set out to explore. He texted us when the room was ready! He gave us great advice about visiting lesser known sites as we wished to see “off the beaten path” churches and neighborhoods. #2 The location. We walked everywhere but the Metro station was right out the front door. If you want a taxi he’ll call one for you. #3 The breakfast; best croissant ever, fresh baguette slices, two excellent cheeses and fresh fruit salad. #4 Excellent bed and high quality sheets and pillows. The rain shower head is nice and there’s lots of hot water

The accommodation was exceptionally comfortable & clean. Everything was to a very high standard. The location was excellent. The host was very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We should have brushed up on our 'O' level French before our visit, felt embarrassed that we couldn't exchange pleasantries. Not that we needed to know any French but it would have been polite...

This is the second time we have stayed here with our ten year old son! We love the location and Jean-Etienne is very pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend a stay here, the rooms are private but you have the added benefit of staying in a lovely home with an amazing breakfast.
