The location was amazing!! We were walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the Eiffel Tower! There is also a train station entrance directly in front of the hotel- so convenient! The staff was helpful at check-in and provided recommendations. The room was small, but had everything we needed. Great AC, modern (but small) bathroom, and a direct view of the Eiffel Tower! Definitely a highlight. The staff also cleaned our room daily, which was nice.

Not really a complaint, but just be aware of the small elevator- can be time consuming since only one person and suitcase can fit at a time.

I liked the Staff! They were exceptional! We were warmly greeted and assisted with our luggage. The Staff also warmed up some food and bought it up to our room. The room was located towards the back of the property which made exceptionally quite! It was clean, cool with the AC unit, peaceful which it made it great to catch up on sleep as we have been very jet lagged. Overall a great experience. I would stay at this location again!!!

My only critic would be that the room was small but cozy!! We made the best of it. This is the only reason why I would not stay more than a couple of days. We are on a 14 day vacation and definitely need more space.

Wow! This stay exceeded my expectations. I needed a last minute stay somewhere near the center of Paris and was so lucky to find this spot.it's within walking distance to everything! The room is cozy, not too big or small. The bed was VERY comfortable and the room itself was very clean. I had a small Juliet balcony as well and had a great view of Paris. There is some steps you need to go up to reach reception (the elevator is extremely small and really only meant for luggage), but otherwise everything else was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Elevator was very small and could not fit multiple people with luggage, but this was not too big of a deal for me as it would be for others.

Mr. Alex at the reception of the hotel was very friendly, accommodating and informative. Check-in was fast. My booking preference was considered. The hotel location is very near to Metro station and a nice 8 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower garden and grounds; not more than 15mins walk to the tower itself. Surrounded by typical Parisian city ambience with many cafes, restaurants and shops; not crowded streets. Souvenir outlets were nearby. Used a Travel & Tour Centre nearby to buy passes for the Hop-on-off bus tour and night cruise on the Seine. Will come again!

Light background music, fresh flowers / plants in the reception and dining area would be a bonus :-)

We loved this hotel! It was so clean and the beds were very comfortable (we had 3 rooms and every room was equally comfortable). The staff was very helpful and friendly -- they gave us information on public transportation/attractions and a map of the city, as well as alerting us to disruptions to the public transportation system on our last day due to the strikes. The location is amazing. There is a grocery store next door, an ATM outside the front door, restaurants, metro stations, a taxi stand down the street, and of course, the Eiffel Tower is just a couple of blocks away. We walked to many places we wanted to visit, took the metro many times, and took a taxi to the train station. We were able to get anywhere in Paris very easily. We would love to stay again next time we are in Paris!

As others mentioned, the elevator is small, but it is a tiny inconvenience compared to all the great things this hotel offers. We got by just fine with the 5 of us.

Loved the location and friendliness of the staff. We were about a 10-15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower; around the block from Rue Cler; upstairs from a supermarket, and right next the Metro station and bus stops. Staff always greeted you with a smile and a "hello" or "good morning". Rooms were small, but clean, and you can open the window whenever you needed fresh air. I'd definitely stay here again. FYI - the elevator was the smallest I'd ever seen but you didn't have too long for it, as long you didn't mind getting cozy with the other person in it (can only fit two people max).

The location was excellent. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from and also bakeries. It was within walking distance of most everything we wanted to visit. It was a nice neighborhood and we did not have any problems walking around in the day or night. People at the local shops were very friendly. The metro entrance was right outside the main entrance. The hotel person that checked us in asked if we had ever been before. When I answered no he pulled out a city map and explained which metro lines I would need to get to certain sites. He also pointed out some areas that I may want to visit. He also drew on the map with a pen so that I would remember how to get to the places and wrote down the correct metros to get on. He was extremely helpful and welcoming. The day before I left another person was at the registration desk and I asked if he would be able to help me make arrangements for transportation. He said yes. The morning we left I went to the registration desk and the man attempted to contact a taxi for us. When that did not work he used an app on his phone similar to uber and told me our transportation would arrive in 8 minutes. He even walked outside and made sure we got our transportation. Both clerks went above and beyond what I would have expected. The staff and location and cleanliness and the location make this hotel well worth a stay.

The Hotel was smaller than I expected. The rooms were small but were clean and had a nice bathroom. If you just want somewhere to sleep and are not concerned with some of the extras then this place may be for you. Definitely no frills. They have a small elevator which is literally 2 ft deep by 4 ft wide only one person and one piece of luggage at a time. Other than that we have no complaints. The staff and location and cleanliness and the location make this hotel well worth a stay.

I like everything of this hotel, very good location with easy access to metro, walking distance to a lot of places, including site-seeing such as Eiffel Tower, nice restaurants and all kinds of stores. All staff, I came across three during my one-week stay, are all super nice and ready to help with patience. The room is surprisingly quiet in the night given my room was facing the main street, and size is pretty decent. Room and bath room are both clean, bright and well equipped. I love the cute elevator too, easily fit one person with one big luggage but no more than that, and it's also quiet. My room is next to the elevator but I didn't hear any noise.

I had great experience here and really cannot name even one tiny thing I dislike.

The room was very nice. The small elevator made moving our 4 suitcases up to the 4th floor a bit challenging but we made it work going one at a time. The location was great, lots of restaurants and shops close by. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower easily. Check in was easy and the gentleman that checked us in was very nice.

Would have liked to have more than 2 pillows on the beds. We would have asked but were gone til late in the night so didn't want to bother anyone by the time we got back.

The hotel is ideally located to see the Eiffel Tower and attractions/sights on that side of Paris. The Ecole Militaire metro station is just outside the door and there is a supermarket and many places to eat with the French bistro vibe close by. Rue Cler, a lovely pedestrian street lined with shops, restaurants and cafes, is just steps away. The hotel has an elevator but it only fits one person with a small bag at a time, which might be tricky for some travellers. If you are on an upper floor you may have to wait a bit in the morning if you can't walk down. The reception is located up a set of steps from the elevator and up two sets of steps from the door which is a little goofy and again, might be hard for some travellers. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable but I was on an upper floor so I had a nice view of the top of the Eiffel Tower but a very small bathroom that was under the room so you have to step carefully. I think the view and the comfortable bed were well worth it though!

Nothing really. A bit pricey but I think this is due to the time of year and the location.
