Had the most wonderful stay at Rayz Eiffel. I’ve stayed in Paris a couple times. However Rayz Eiffel would have to be the best place we’ve stayed in so far. Clean and modern hotel! Great location! 5-10 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower. 2 mins walk to École Militaire station. Gorgeous local cafes. A great farmers market behind the hotel. Stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from the hotel’s rooftop. Not to mention the staff were nothing short of amazing. Helped us with all questions and enquiries. Will definitely stay there for my next trip to Paris.

the hotel itself is very nice, not luxury as such but a more boutique style and it was nice and quiet. Location was awesome, 5-10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and lots of food places nearby.

We had thought there was a rooftop terrace bar there based on the photos but didn’t appear to be. Due to it being a short trip having a bar at the hotel would have been preferred. We also had issues with our air conditioning and due to the heatwave this was not ideal, although it wasn’t unbearable was have been grateful for better air con.

The room was not only spacious with stunning views but also equipped with a convenient kitchenette. Its proximity to the metro made exploring Paris effortless. But what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. When I left my tablet in the room, they promptly arranged to have it sent back to me in the US without hesitation. Moreover, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby, uninterrupted throughout the night. This added to the overall tranquility of my stay, making it even more enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Rayz Eiffel on my next visit to Paris. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable stay with outstanding service and serene comfort.

Came here for our last night in France on our honeymoon. At check in we could leave our bags whilst we explored and waited for room to be ready. We were on the 6th floor. When we came back we were asked what we would like for our breakfast (included). When it came the next morning 5 mins early (you can choose the time you want it to be served) it was lovely, fresh croissants, ham and cheese, Nespresso pods to use in your room machine, butter, fruit salad etc. Check out at lunchtime. Roof terrace is very nice, it is literally a small space with some chairs and sofas probably sitting 10 people, bring your own drinks and snacks. You can walk anywhere in Paris from this hotel, it’s also 200m to the metro. Very clean, rooms lovely with fridge and appliances if staying more than one night. Would definitely come again.

My recent stay at this hotel near was truly exceptional. The prime location provided easy access to the subway, restaurants, and groceries. The room exceeded expectations – it was not only cozy and spotlessly clean but also equipped with a comfortable bed and all the essential cooking tools. The standout feature, however, was the breathtaking Eiffel Tower view from the rooftop. This added charm, combined with the welcoming and helpful hotel receptionist, made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Paris.

Everything is perfect

Just got back from a lovely stay at the Rayz Eiffel. Perfect for us for a few nights with the kids. Clean and the beds made daily. The reception staff are very helpful and even ordered us a taxi the day we checked out. As check out wasn’t until 12pm it means we could enjoy even more of the area before we left. The roof terrace was beautiful and a great place to see the Eiffel tower light show. The room was a little hot and stuffy at times but the window could open for some fresh air. We were on the ground floor so no view for us but it didn’t matter as we used the hotel mainly as a base and the roof terrace is good for that. It can be noisy as close to reception but the area is surprisingly quiet given how close it is to lots of places. The decor may not be to everyone’s tastes but I like it very chic and although some spots need a bit of a repaint it looks like a top end hotel for a great price. Clean linen and towels plus soaps and shampoos in our apartment were a nice touch. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but after a full day out in Paris I don’t think my body cared too much but maybe if it was longer than a few nights that might get difficult to sleep in. Location is ace as the Eiffel Tower is around a 10 min walk and the nearest metro on line 8 is 5 mins away. A supermarket and pharmacy 100m from the hotel and this means it’s very convenient. If you keep going down the Rue at Dominique you can turn onto the champ due Mars park. I’d say this place was great little gem for families as it’s close to shops, restaurants and the rue St Dominique is a short stroll with the best patisserie in Paris. We would certainly stay again as it didn’t disappoint.

The stairs going up to the roof are a very narrow so do take care as when it’s wet on the roof they can become slippery.

Myself and my daughter stayed here for 4 nights in September for my daughter's 21st birthday and we had the most amazing time. The hotel was just gorgeous, the room was a great size with private bathroom and Juliet balcony. Breakfast was served in the bedroom. It was simple and tasty enough. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, polite and always smiling 😃 the rood terrace was amazing. The view of the Eiffel Tower was out of this world. The terrace was the best part about the hotel. We were sad to leave but will be back next year, God willing 🙏

The view of the Eiffel Tower from the roof patio is perfect, make sure to be there at 11PM to see the lights turn on! There are several very good places to eat and a Metro line very near the hotel.

Definitely not a deal killer, the breakfast is OK. We suggest skipping it and going to Kozy Bosquet just outside of the hotel (turn left as you exit) for a delicious brunch.

The location was great - the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable!! Unlike the other beds we experienced on this European trip. The bathroom was updated. The roof top was a perfect place to relax.

We were only there 1 night so it was not a problem at all. But the room is small. Still much better than our stay at https://www.booking.com/hotel/fr/veeve-mellow-grace.html Which is large for sure but no tv very uncomfortable furniture water problems and more.
