The room met all of comfort needs and the roof top bar with view of the Eiffel Tower was spectacular to enjoy a glass of bubbles! The proximately of cafe's around us made the property very accessible.

I know it's Paris, and I know we chose the location, but the price was pretty high for the property.

Had the most wonderful stay at Rayz Eiffel. I’ve stayed in Paris a couple times. However Rayz Eiffel would have to be the best place we’ve stayed in so far. Clean and modern hotel! Great location! 5-10 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower. 2 mins walk to École Militaire station. Gorgeous local cafes. A great farmers market behind the hotel. Stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from the hotel’s rooftop. Not to mention the staff were nothing short of amazing. Helped us with all questions and enquiries. Will definitely stay there for my next trip to Paris.

I loved how welcoming and accommodating the staff were, the apartments themselves were very cosy, and the location was perfect.

Staff were super helpful, and very attentive!! Location is pretty central and a block off Rue Cler. Rooms were more modern and beds comfortable (fyi King was 2 twins together I believe). Breakfast was delivered to your room each morning, which we took up to the rooftop to eat one day. Rooftop area was great to see the Eiffel Tower lite up at night and enjoy a cocktail too (no service but bring your own!) If you like blackout curtains for some good sleep, this place has good ones :)

One elevator. Not really a problem but a couple of times we just walked down the stairs from the 5th vs waiting for the elevator. This is going to be the same thing you’ll find is almost every hotel in Paris but space is limited… but the small table and 2 chairs were nice additional space.

Nice boutique hotel, was more like an air b&b with a kitchenette in the room. The bed was really comfy and we had a balcony which was nice could go out and see across the street. There is also air con. Wish we had stayed for longer. They have a rooftop terrace you can see the Eiffel Tower from there. Location is perfect right next to École Militaire metro station which is very easy to get to from Paris Orly Airport, only took us about 50mins with one change over at Madeleine and within 6mins walk of the Eiffel Tower. Easy to check in and out and staff were very friendly.

Nothing much, the price was expensive but good comparatively to other places around the same time.

Exceptional Hospitality & Serene Comfort at Rayz Eiffel: A Parisian Gem My four-night stay at Rayz Eiffel in Paris was an absolute delight. But what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. When I left my tablet in the room, they promptly arranged to have it sent back to me in the US without hesitation. Moreover, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby, uninterrupted throughout the night. This added to the overall tranquility of my stay, making it even more enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Rayz Eiffel on my next visit to Paris. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable stay with outstanding service and serene comfort.

the hotel itself is very nice, not luxury as such but a more boutique style and it was nice and quiet. Location was awesome, 5-10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and lots of food places nearby.

We had thought there was a rooftop terrace bar there based on the photos but didn’t appear to be. Due to it being a short trip having a bar at the hotel would have been preferred. We also had issues with our air conditioning and due to the heatwave this was not ideal, although it wasn’t unbearable was have been grateful for better air con.

Came here for our last night in France on our honeymoon. At check in we could leave our bags whilst we explored and waited for room to be ready. We were on the 6th floor. When we came back we were asked what we would like for our breakfast (included). When it came the next morning 5 mins early (you can choose the time you want it to be served) it was lovely, fresh croissants, ham and cheese, Nespresso pods to use in your room machine, butter, fruit salad etc. Check out at lunchtime. Roof terrace is very nice, it is literally a small space with some chairs and sofas probably sitting 10 people, bring your own drinks and snacks. You can walk anywhere in Paris from this hotel, it’s also 200m to the metro. Very clean, rooms lovely with fridge and appliances if staying more than one night. Would definitely come again.

My recent stay at this hotel near was truly exceptional. The prime location provided easy access to the subway, restaurants, and groceries. The room exceeded expectations – it was not only cozy and spotlessly clean but also equipped with a comfortable bed and all the essential cooking tools. The standout feature, however, was the breathtaking Eiffel Tower view from the rooftop. This added charm, combined with the welcoming and helpful hotel receptionist, made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Paris.

Everything is perfect

The view of the Eiffel Tower from the roof patio is perfect, make sure to be there at 11PM to see the lights turn on! There are several very good places to eat and a Metro line very near the hotel.

Definitely not a deal killer, the breakfast is OK. We suggest skipping it and going to Kozy Bosquet just outside of the hotel (turn left as you exit) for a delicious brunch.
