The staff were excellent! They went out of their way to help us with getting to know Paris. I really felt as if we were part of a family, rather than in a hotel. They really were excellent, providing an exemplary service. Alec, I think his name was, was particularly great, I've stayed in 5 star hotels where the consierge weren't as good. Completely happy with the stay, we'll definitely be back. The room was perfect, it had everything I needed, the bathroom was stocked with lovely soaps and hair products. The bed was incredibly comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was clean throughout the room, lobby and breakfast area. The breakfast was excellent too! Delicious eggs and pastries, fruit and cereals, it was all absolutely delicious. The hotel was very close to some wonderful things to see. I've fallen in love with Paris, thanks to this hotel and the wonderful staff who work there.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great price, my room was really nice with helpful touches like shoe shine materials and sewing kit as well as nicer-than-expected toiletries. Temperature was perfect in spite of the heat outside. Staff were friendly and helpful and the drinks station in the lounge greatly appreciated. Close to Opera, St Lazare, Grands Magasins etc but away from the noise. I personally also found it an easy 35 min walk from Gare du Nord and was able to walk pretty much everywhere I needed to get to with ease. A lovely spot for a short stay.

I would have appreciated a fridge. There was a minibar in the room but it seemed to be locked.

The location was fantastic to explore the city. Everything was in walking distance. The neighbourhood is clean, and you have everything around you what you need. The hotel was quiet, exactly what you need after a long day walking through the city.

Can't really say there was anything that I didn't like. Friendly staff, always helpful, and right there when I needed anything. The only thing I would have appreciated, would have been a cork screw/bottle opener in the room.

The room service for breakfast was very nice and coffee in the room and mini bar a great surprise. Our room was cleaned every day while we were sight seeing, but you can also hang the do not disturb sign if you don't want it done daily. There is also a Franprix right across the street to get snacks and wine/beer for your room. It was easy to use Uber to take us to the airport from there too, took ten minutes to pick us up and about a 30-40 min to drop off. The laptop safe was big enough to even hold my 17" XPS Dell laptop so we felt good leaving the room with our electronics and passports locked up.

Nothing could have made it better, we absolutely loved our stay! Our room was even ready for check in by noon, bonus!!

The location of the hotel was very good. A different room concept, nice and cozy. It was easy to reach everywhere on foot or by metro.

No slippers in the room

The staff were very nice and hospitable. When I checked in I couldn’t find my key for the bag and the front desk helped me open the lock. I was so thankful. They have a very good breakfast till 11 am so I don’t have to wake up so early (it is a vacation after all). Last day I checked out an hour later. I wanted to have breakfast first and it was already 11 am and they let me check out at noon which is an hour late. I will definitely book there again! Big and comfy bed and pillows. Decent size bathroom and shower. Window and a refrigerator. Kettle and coffee as well. Location is great!! Very safe neighborhood.

The room was a bit tight that I had my bag open in the room and had to jump on it to go out and in the room 😅 my bag is regular size but there was no where else to open it except by the door and it blocked it entirely.

This property is ideally located, particularly for first time travellers to Paris. It is a short taxi or metro ride from Gare du Nord train station (you could also walk), a 20 minute walk to the Louvre, 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe / Champs Élysées. There are a few metro stops within a 3-5 minute walk that can easily take you to places further away such as Sacrè Cœur and Moulin Rouge. Additionally, the staff are wonderful. There is 24/7 reception. The rooms are great with a very comfortable bed, large television and shower with good pressure.

The breakfast is a little expensive for what it is, however it is a nice selection consisting of eggs, baked beans, cereal options, meats & cheeses.

Perfect location to visit main attractions! Quiet street near business area. Free drinks in the lobby.

The window of our room was next to many air conditioning units so we had a humming sound when opening the window. No big issue.

The hotel is located in a good location in my opinion. The room had all the basic amenities such as shampoo, body wash and a hairdryer. The hotel is located in a quiet area I'd say. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good.

I wish there were more choices available for breakfast
