All staff spoke French, English and Spanish which made it easy to communicate with the staff. The rooms were basic but had everything you needed including lots of amenities. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were warm and cosy. Location is excellent, a little supermarket down the road and subway station Saint-Sulplice no more than a 3 minute walk.

The rooms in my block were being renovated as we were staying in the room, would have been fine except we got woken up at 8 in the morning. There was no bath plug which made baths difficult. Appart from that absolutely great stay.

Would have been great to have an electric jug and coffee making facilities in the room.

Hotel not ideal in terms of accessibility (tiny elevator and windy stairs), would not be suitable for wheelchair users or individuals using crutches.

The hotel and staff are absolutely charming! Can not say enough about how helpful and considerate the staff are, thank you all so much! The rooms are comfortable and bigger than we thought they would be based on other reviews, and the breakfast was plentiful and cozy. The location was also fantastic!

Everyone has talked about the elevator and it is very small, and the only reason I say this is because if you are truly handicapped this hotel is not adapted, as a wheelchair cannot fit in the elevator and there aren’t grab bars in the shower. In our situation, my sister managed quite well and the staff kept her wheelchair downstairs.

Good location on the left bank with friendly reception staff. This was the 3rd time we had stayed. Bedroom ‘compact,’ with recently decorated bathroom with sliding privacy glazed door. Hotel has a small lift. Lots of busy restaurants in the small streets of Saint Denis Boulevard to choose evening meal from. Hotel does offer breakfast but we chose to seek out cafe and bakery shop for ours.

Amazing location - could see Saint Sulpice from my room. Room size adequate for 2 adults. A/C worked wonderfully. Lift was rated to carry 3 people which would be impossible. So small that even 1 adult is crowded by bifold doors. Staff very friendly & helpful. Safe was broken in my friend's room so she had to use mine. Shower/tub worked fine except the plug in the tub did not work - too bad, I wanted a bath to soak in. Very comfy bed.

Location is superb, almost in front of the Saint-Sulpice Church, in the heart of the lovely Saint-Germain-des-Prés. It's close to supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and easy to walk. The hotel is very nice, the room is comfortable and was clean. Regarding the small size of the room, it's Paris, so it's normal. The size of the elevator is even funny, it's small for two people without luggage. But it's Paris...

The room is not so quiet, sometimes it's possible to hear people in other rooms. The breakfast is expensive and there's no cheese and no ham.

This is a great little hotel that I think deserves a higher rating than it had. The rooms (we had 2 for 5 people) were smallish but not overly small. They were clean with nice linens and well-furnished. The bathrooms are well-sized. The staff was very helpful. It was great to have a full-time hotel staff after staying in many apartments where there was no one around to ask questions. There is a nice sitting area on the ground floor. We were able to leave our luggage both before and after our stay while we wandered around until our train left. The location is very good, in a very nice part of Paris. We were surprised at how nice this place was given the relatively low price for central Paris.

The elevator is the smallest I have ever seen--one or two people with no luggage (it's rated for 3 people but they should be good friends). The staff will take your luggage up, but I had to laugh at the elevator. It's better than not having one! The hotel overall is older, so you'll see some points that are not as fresh or in perfect working order.

I love the location as it is so near everything in Paris. you can walk to anywhere. bus and metro are near, so many eating places.

the elevator can only fit one person. they should install a vent in the bathroom as it fogged up after showering. they should change their curtains as they are stained. a directory of information in every room will be good. there is a phone there but I didn’t know who to call or what numbers to dial

Location. The Latin quarter has lots of bars and restaurants. The metro stations are nearby so it is easy to get around. Le jardin de Luxembourg is in walking distance and is a love place to take a walk.

Thé lift was incredibly small but at least it had a lift. Breakfast was a bit pricey so after the first morning we went for breakfast nearby.
