Location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Room was exceptionally clean and well furnished. Overall the room and in particular the location (close to metros, restaurants and bars) made it a fantastic choice and a hotel I would definitely stay in again.

The only downside I would say is that the hotel is located above a night club. This was not a problem for the first night I stayed (a Thursday) as it was not open but I could hear it from my room on Friday night. Saying that though, I was in a room on the first floor, directly above the night club. Maybe on floors further up (where the majority of the rooms are located) it would not be as easily heard. Either way, I was so tired from all the walking I'd done that day that it didn't bother me too much but I thought it worth mentioning here.

Excellent location in a lively area close to everything on the Left Bank with secure (but expensive) undercover parking nearby. One narrow flight of stairs to reception. Rooms newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. My friend has a small dog who was made welcome. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. Not the hotel's fault but the bar next door is noisy so request a quiet room or wear ear plugs.

To be fair for the price it was perfect. Only negatives are the narrow entrance staircase and the bar next door which is lively until 6am Wednesday to Sunday (although I had ear plugs so slept well). My friend relocated to a quieter room so not a big problem.

The room, although small, was very nicely fitted with modern decor and was super clean! We also loved the location, it was really easy to get around. The staff was really welcoming and helpful.

We stayed over the weekend and have to admit we could hear a lot of noise from the outside - especially from Saturday to Sunday - Sunday to Monday was actually very quiet. The hotel is located on a street with many bars and people tend to drink outside and be quite noisy. The hotel kindly provided us with ear plugs.

the room located in the sixth floor was not reached by the lift; it was in two levels and the stairs have not a gate for children.

Great location - easy to get around & explore by foot & metro. Staff was very kind & helpful. Room was very clean, with comfortable beds. coffee available 24 hr/ day

Stairs to 1st floor elevator & then stairs again from 5th to 6th floor. Room had bed under a sloped roof so lots of head bumping the 1st few nights. Stairs in room made for a challenge when needing to use the bathroom during the night. There was no place to put luggage in the lower bedroom area & the weird double door entry could have been made into an area with shelves or something to allow for unpacking.

The location makes this hotel outstanding, it’s also super clean, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, got a lovely modern feel inside but in a beautiful typical Parisian old building on a quaint street from the outside! Loads of great restaurants, pubs, bakeries in close proximity, short walk to metro station and to the river to get the hop on and hop off bus. Also the hotel is staffed 24/7 which is so helpful. We’ll definitely be back!!!!

Rooms are small so don’t bring a large case as there’s no where to put it and very limited space for clothes. So probably a hotel if you’re coming for circa 2 -4 nights only. Staff on the whole were brilliant only had 1 rude staff member who when checking us in rudely prioritised having a chat with the cleaning staff and kept cutting us off. The breakfast also is not value for money but there is an exceptional bakery around the corner.

Located in a great location for getting around the city (close to several metro and RER lines). Lots of good places to eat and drink in a 2 block radius. Rooms are small but typical for the city. Well appointed and clean. We had a window into the street and enjoyed being able to open the window for fresh air. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is no elevator from the ground floor and there is a lot of noise on some nights from the bar and nightclub below however with earplugs you can drown it all out. We slept well during our 7 night stay

This was the perfect hotel in Paris. It's newly renovated, 2 min away from a subway station. The street on which the hotel is located has a lot of pubs and people stay up late partying, so the noise might be disturbing some people. We were so tired that we fell asleep immediately. For us, being a busy street was an advantage, because we had to leave for the airport at 5AM in the morning and we knew that Paris wasn't the safest city; so being surrounded by people our age having a good time was calming, to be honest. I prefer that than to stay on an empty street, without lights, without people. The hotel host was very welcoming, we could do the checkout at 5AM in the morning ( there's always someone at the reception) As I've said, being surrounded by pubs helped because we ate at an amazing restaurant that was just around the corner (chez fernand). You also have a supermarket 1 min away, many cafes and boulangeries. So the location is #1. The rooms were spotless, very clean, and the cleaning lady came daily. We also had access to free water and drinks, and even if you didn't opt for breakfast when you booked, you could have it if you just tell them. Another big plus is having a thermostat in the room. We could set any temperature we wanted in the room. It's an amazing value for money, and we'll surely return here when we'll be back in Paris. Thank you for having us, and don't change!

A bit noisy

I really like this hotel. It's newly refurbished. It's very clean. The rooms are soundproofed well, and although there are some restaurants downstairs, you can't hear anything outside with the windows closed. The soundproofing was great! The room has an air conditioner and is very warm. The price of the hotel is cheap and the location is fantastic. Very good value for money. On top of that, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Able to help us out actively.

I think the only shortage is that the reception is in the second floor.

Central location in Paris, close to the Louvre -waling distance. Lots of fabulous cafes, restaurants very close by. Room was although small - very clean, quiet and well equipped with kettle, hairdryer and towels changed daily. Very quiet room, even although in a busy location. Hotel staff were fabulous - breakfast was great selection and fresh omelettes every morning - thank you

Bathroom was compact but absolutely spotless - only fault if we had one was the toilet roll holder in wrong place.
