The suite we had was very spacious. There are 2 bathrooms which was very convenient but it would be better if there were 2 toilets. The room was cleaned and had everything. The bed was very comfortable. I like the lobby area where they had a fire place when we can sit down and relax. It was like a home away from home. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They tried to accommodate all our requests. The location was very convenient, close to all the restaurants and cafes. On our departure day, they also had a small departure gift which was unexpected and very touched. It was a bottle of water and a bag of very nice cookies.

I liked the lobby, it was very nice and cosy. I also appreciated the fact that all drinks including coffee tea coke etc were for free at the lobby and to take upstairs in the room.

Very small rooms. In the pictures they look much larger. The bathrooms in the pictures are made from marble, which was not the case in the two rooms that we were staying in. They didn’t have duvets, they had blankets. It definitely isn’t a 5* hotel. Its a 4*. They even didn’t have turn down service, which all 5* hotels have. Don’t get me wrong. It is not a bad hotel and our stay was pleasant overall, but some things were annoying, that’s all.

From arrival to departure everything was spectacular, when they say they are 5 star they are absolutely five star. Perfect location, staff were incredible and facilities were fantastic.

The suite we had was so spacious and very comfortable. It had 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was so comfortable. The normal rooms were small but comfortable. We like sitting by the fire in the lobby while waiting for the car to pick us up. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They tried to accommodate all our requests. They even managed to get us a table in one of the sought after restsurants in Paris. Thumbs up. On our departure day, they even had a departure gift for all of us. It was unexpected and very touching. The location was perfect - quiet and close to restaurants , cafes and shops.

Everything! Our room was beautiful and luxurious. On the ground floor there was a lounge area with a desk and laptop if you needed to conduct any business. There was also another area which was the dining room for breakfast but also doubled as a relaxing area to have a drink after a big day of sightseeing before getting ready to go out for dinner. Everything was complimentary. We also loved the turndown service. Such a lovely touch. Location was perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby and your in walking distance to everything. Staff were amazing too. It was the perfect accommodation to end our 4 week holiday in.

My husband had stayed before in a suite. This time only the king bed room was available. Although pretty room, It was so small we barely could fit both luggage and move around. Had to climb down middle of bed.

The location was exactly what we expected. The room was clean and the staff very helpful. The open bar concept is a slam dunk and made us stop by the hotel more often during the day and night. The decor was gorgeous.

There was not enough water available in the room. Also, we left a piece of clothing during check out and housekeeping was not able to find it. There was not a close by supermarket so we had to walk a few blocks.

Beautiful property in perfect location. from arrival to departure, the staff was always available for any request. We were so impressed and plan to stay again in the future.

Stunning, comfortable, luxurious and welcoming all in one. room with a terrace was like something out of a painting. would come back in a heartbeat.

breakfast, there are soo many lovely places to eat and explore the hotel breakfast for the price wasn’t comparable. but there’s only because everywhere around is soo nice it felt a waste to miss out with the hotel Breakfast.

It was delicious with a good variety of chooses. I would only recommend some vegetables. I miss my crepes this morning!
