The staff were very nice and accommodating. I had a number of questions and requests, regardless they were kind enough to oblige and explain everything to me nicely. The room I chose was quite small but it was clean and comfortable. It had a balcony which provided a magnificent view of Montmartre. The price was also reasonable given the location and peak season. There was a breakfast which I heard was pretty good which unfortunately I did not have the chance to try.

There were some mishaps during check-in but they were all sorted out by the kind staff.

This hotel was a last minute resort for us due to missup with our initially planned stay and we were more than happy. It is perfectly located on the busy street of Monmartre - full of little caffees and stores. The staff was kind and helpful. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfy! We had al lovely stay! Thank you!

The choice of design and colors in the room and corridors could have been brighter - it is very gloomy and dark. The chipboard furniture also was weird.

VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. Very nice hotel in a superb location, on a beautiful street with nice cafes and restaurants. Metro station very close to the hotel. Friendly & helpful staff, nice room design.

All was perfect, just one small note: I wish the housekeeper could have noticed we used the instant nescafe coffees and put new ones in the room during our stay. We eventually requested some instant coffees from the reception person and he was very helpful. Merci!

Beautifully decorated modern hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

The only negative I can draw from our stay is that the shower was very small, so much so that simply turning around in it can mean you accidentally knock the temperature gauge/tap resulting in scolding yourself in the shower. So take care with that!

A warm and friendly welcome on arrival and staff were super friendly and helpful throughout stay. Room was very clean with great bathroom. Good size for a single and very comfy bed. Great view of main street. Located at the heart of Montmartre, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, bars and shops and a short walk to the Sacre Cœur. Near to Metro for access to the rest of Paris. Will definitely be back.

We did not have breakfast in the hotel. Excellent location, close to metro lines and sites in Monmatre. Huge comfortable bed, best we have ever had. Fabulous staff

Bathroom could have been more spaceous, we managed OK, but otherwise room was great, but if you are tall or have mobility issues, may prove quite tricky, put in a request to hotel for larger bathroom, they are very helpful. We stayed in room 404.

Location - comfy beds - polite and helpful staff

Room 1 is on the ground floor by the lift and you can hear noise as people return to their rooms or when setting up for breakfast. When we asked to change room the next day, the manager could not do enough. She was very understanding and apologetic- she changed our room straightaway. I cannot commend this hotel enough for their excellent customer service. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff were warm and welcoming. Room was spotlessly clean and cosy. Location is perfect as it's close to so many train stations and shops. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit Paris.

I wasn't able to get hot water working in the shower and when I did, it was a thin trickle

Great staff - guys really helped me with any question, which a had a lot. Very nice location, lively, but still not so busy neighborhood. Breakfast also good, cozy terrace on ground floor - so comfy, practically as at home.

Cleaning could be better. Problems with soundproofing of the rooms - you can hear people in a hall/other guests.

This was our 4th stay at this very good hotel. It is perfect in all senses.. This time the lounge was under reconstruction which was a little bit of a problem but doesn’t stop us from a warm recommendation!
