- Extremely welcoming and friendly staff who were very patient with my attempts at speaking French. - Location well suited to anyone looking to familiarise themselves with Montmartre but equally as it is on a Metro line, you have plenty of opportunity to access the usual tourist spots. - Check in/check out process was very efficient.

- This is not a complaint about any of the staff to be clear. All the staff were so lovely. But I was unlucky that the occupants of my neighbouring rooms were very noisy upon entering and exiting their rooms both early in the morning and late at night. There is clearly very good soundproofing within the rooms themselves as otherwise I did not hear them but perhaps a suggestion would be a sign in the hallway to remind guests that you can definitely hear noise from the hallway so out of consideration for other guests to be mindful about volume? Again this is just a suggestion and I was obviously just a bit unlucky on this occasion!

Just back from a 3 night stay. The hotel was excellent and better than we expected. The room sizes are what you would expect in Paris but spotlessly clean and would appear to have been recently decorated, very quiet and the heavy curtains kept it dark. The staff were helpful, friendly, yet un-obtrusive. The location was ideal to explore Montmartre and the wider city given the close metro links. No hesitation in recommending it as a great base for a long weekend in Paris. Hope to return one day. Very good value for money.

Great little hotel in a nice Montmartre location with the benefit of a lift and air conditioning. Good sized room with a rainfall shower and friendly English speaking staff. For the price this place is a steal, just a few minutes walk from the local Metro station and a lovely Parisian square with restaurants and a boulangerie. I had a superior twin room on the 5th floor overlooking the street and had no issue at all with noise.

Having to hand your room card in at reception whenever you left the building, even if just for a couple of minutes. Seems a silly, old fashioned custom dating back to the time of room keys.

We stayed here for a long weekend. The superior rooms are really worth the extra money. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfy. The aircon was a treat after a long hot day in Paris. The hotel is well organised - they even contact you before your arrival and offer you information about sights, restaurants or anything else you might need. The place is close to the metro and in walking distance to a lot of interesting places in Montmartre We really enjoyed our stay here and can recommend it.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the metro station and only a short walk into the heart of Montmartre. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb and the room was cleaned daily. We travelled to Paris during the heatwave so the air conditioning was used lots and worked very well. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Because of the heatwave, we would’ve found having a mini fridge in our room useful. Otherwise couldn’t fault it! :)

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Lift to all the floors. Exceptionally clean. We stayed on the top floor with a view over the city. (If you leant out of the window.). Black out curtains. Great location, the metro is very close. You can reach all over the city in a short while. The metro runs every few minutes. Before we arrived the hotel sent a questionnaire asking about our expectations and they delivered. Making us feel very welcome. Basilica Sacre Coeur is a short walk away. It's a perfect place to stay for going to Stade de France, 30 minutes on the metro. Nice restaurants nearby, though drinks are very expensive.

The area is not very accessible, You have to be able to walk to stay here, there are many steps on the streets, (I managed to get around by not using many steps, but it meant going a long way round.). The pavements are very uneven, narrow, and no dropped curbs. Unfortunately it's not a place to visit if you are not good on your feet. Certainly not for a wheelchair.

It was a very comfortable, small hotel. It was close enough to walk to the attractions of Montmartre & also close to the subway. Staff were always friendly & accommodating, housekeeping was daily. We didn't have breakfast but there are a few cafes & restaurants within 5 mins walk. Would recommend.

Breakfast was continental. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Complimentary essentials in the room Good location. Close to tune station. Close to bars and restaurants. Before arriving I was sent a message from hotel asking if I wanted any advice or services booked. They replied with a list of my requested places to eat.

On the last night we asked the night porter to book a taxi for the morning. He looked like he didn’t want to be disturbed and was listening to headsphones. He said reception could do it in the morning. We questioned if it would be busy but he said it would be fine and only takes 30 minutes to the airport. Unfortunately the morning receptionist was not able to arrange a taxi and the journey would take 1 hour on public transport. We made the flight just on time. All other staff were very helpful.

The hotel is well located and close to a tube station which makes traveling across Paris and its attractions very easy. It is also very close to cafés, restaurants and a supermarket. The receptionists are all welcoming and friendly and all of them speak English which is very helpful.

We both knew our room would be small so no surprise there. At times we could hear people next door taking a shower or using the tap at night but that’s because the rooms are very close to one another and I suppose the building is old as expected. Anyway, after midnight it was all quiet so we could sleep soundly.

Very clean. Modern/big/nice bedroom/washroom. The water pressure was awesome. The room provided a/c either cold or heater. Near by to Metro. 12 minute walk to beautiful sacre coure. Many cafe available nearby and went to 1 halal food nearby. Even the hotel staff help me to pre book a taxi for my early departure and all of them are welcoming. I would recommend this hotel and I've got a good deal when I book earlier. I loved my room at top floor wt open window and views of Montmartre streets. The location are safe even I go back late at night

My room was cancelled due to my credit card expiry. Unfortunately I had missed look my cancellation notice email within a day. However it was not a regret to rebook with higher prices as this hotel reviews were excellent. Yes it is excellent .
