Location was perfect and staff were ever so nice and helpful. They booked taxis for us, helped with printing boarding passes and were always smiling and friendly

I think breakfast was a bit expensive for EUR 20 per person as you can find cheaper options very close to the hotel, maybe try and reduce it to EUR 15

Very clean, comfortable beds, daily housekeeping, excellent customer service, great location, easily accessible to public transit and major attractions. Overall WORTH IT!

No A/C - the whole building turns on in the summer time despite a very warm couple of nights and the tiny room feeling like a hot box. The shower - for whatever reason, the glass door felt too small to adequately hold in any water so anytime you showered, water ended up all over the floor.

Good breakfast in cozy, pleasant atmosphere. There is inner yard for breakfast, when the weather is warm.

Breakfast was very good. Location also fine as we chose it. Your hotel staff is outstanding and they made our stay worthwhile. Manvel in reception was extremely helpful, and helped us with bookings for Versailles and resolved a last minute cab issue when we were checking out. Special mention and 100 points to him...

Rooms were a little small. And room cleanliness and replenishment of tea etc on the 13th was a little casual..

Location is good. There is lots of restaurant in the vicinity. The staffs and people is nice and friendly.

The aircon. Still feel warm even with on high mode.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough (for Paris especially). I especially appreciated the option to have two types of pillows. The staff at the reception were extremely professional, helpful and proactive, actually all of the colleagues who were on duty at various times were like this, not just one of them. It was clear they all really take customer service very seriously, thank you!

As a family of 5, we had 2 rooms (double and twin + sofa bed) which were accessed by a shared lobby area. Bathrooms were huge and very clean with good products to use. Plenty of sockets available for charging. Hairdryer and small fridge provided. A short walk to Metro and attractions.

Apple juice and Nutella at breakfast would be welcome additions.

We traveled with our 2 teenage son. It was great staying in the family suite. We had our on private area where we could go in and out of each other's rooms without being in the public area. It was a close distance to the Sacre Coer. We walked up the hill both nights for a great dinner and view of city. You enter from the back so you avoid the crowds coming up the front stairs. We stayed in this area for the last part of our trip. We were closer to the heart of Paris at the beginning of our trip.

A little confusing......we thought we'd only paid for a buffet breakfast at 10€ as no hot food but we were charged 20€ each. We didn't complain but we were disappointed as we felt overcharged

I liked the clean bathroom and the soft bed. The room was really warm despite the low temperatures outside. Me - as italian - liked this level of warmness, it was perfect. My girl - as Dutch - said it was too much hot. The hotel staff was gentle and polite, we spoke in english without problems. Close to the hotel (1 minute by feet) there is a Pharmacy for covid testing and pharmacists are really kind.

Breakfast is very expensive (18€), but you can always have breakfast in a bar near the hotel. The metro is a 10 minute walk away and you often have to change lines to get to museums or famous buildings.
