Great location! The front desk staff was very helpful answering questions & securing our transportation to the airport. Quiet neighborhood with a good corner restaurant right around the corner & plenty of other restaurants nearby + a great pastry shop. (also some quick shops nearby) The rooms themselves were quiet & although not large, they were very adequate.

Room 202 was good but also a disappointment to see an otherwise clean room have mold in the shower. Yuck! Also, Room 204 needs some work = obviously the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. The warped bathroom door (which wouldn't open all the way) was from the water issue. The moldy carpet right outside the bathroom was a big Yuck! Pretty simple fixes if someone would just take the time to do a little maintenance!

Lovely stay. Everyone was polite and helpful and the recommendations given were really good. The room was concise and comfortable. Excellent location with great access to various transport points (metro, bus) and within a walking distance to many landmarks, including a 15min walk to Gare Du Nord. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, great nightlife within a walking distance as well.

The bathroom was a bit unclean. The walls had some mold stains and the piping of the toilet was exposed. There were also a few damage marks on the walls of the room.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and honest! I left my proposal and wedding rings in the room. She sent them to us while we were at the airport by taxi so that I could take them before the plane took off. I cannot tell how grateful we are to her!

Location was great, very close to Gard de Nord and the metro. Great choice of restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy walking distance to Louvre and Musee D'Orsy ( as long as you like walking,) no need to get on the metro! Reception staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. The lady in the breakfast area is however a little grumpy! The room was stylish and spacious for Paris. The bathroom needed a little TLC in parts but was very clean, lots of towels and soap/shower gel and plentiful supply of hot water. The bed was very comfortable and the housekeeping great.

Wouldn't recommend the breakfast, it's continental style and although no problem with the food itself it is a little overpriced for what it is and you can get better value in the local cafes.

The place looks exactly as in the picture, which is beautiful. Very well maintained, had a heater too in the bathroom which was very much needed for the weather. It gave a sense of royalty the way the room has been designed in terms of choice of color to carpeting. Proximity to the metro services and other public transportation helped to a great extent. Also loved the part where every detail required by a traveler is neatly covered and provided in the room. We had a map which helped us plan our day. Also, all details from laundry to Wi-Fi and breakfast was readily available in a booklet. Overall, loved it! Worth the money!

The lobby is quite small and the breakfast options could have been better. Whatever was available was just fine, but more enhanced options would definitely help. Just as an example: eggs can already be boiled and served rather than guest having to wait and boil.

They made an effort to email me recommendations before arrival. I went to one of the restaurants and a cocktail bar they recommended and it was well worth it! The gentleman on night-shift was also lovely. Friendly and helpful. Good location, close to plenty of local bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

I wasn't too keen on the breakfast. It was fine, don't get me wrong, but I personally wasn't overly keen on it given the price. Also felt like the shower was extremely small, maybe that's just the way they are in Paris or the room I had, but it was fine for a short stay!

The room we booked was not available because the air conditioning was being repaired, but Samira at the front desk was very attentive in offering us a more spacious one. Excellent location. We loved the area, full of life and restaurants on the main strip, but the hotel is very quiet. Very clean and well decorated. The staff (especially Samira) was very friendly and extremely helpful in trying to get us a taxi to the airport because of the chaotic Paris traffic.

The only elevator on the property is too small, it barely fits two skinny people and two carry-on. The mattress in the room was somewhat comfortable but hard, a mattress topper would have been perfect for more cushioning.

The staff (Samira) and all others we encountered were super friendly. Very helpful to meet our needs and answered all our questions to make our stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. I give this hotel and staff a 10/10. Many possibilities for the Metro lines made it so easy for us to travel within the city. The triple room was so much bigger than expected. Everything was so very lovely. We highly recommend this hotel. Merci for making our stay so wonderful.

Honestly, we loved everything. There is absolutely nothing negative I can say.
