The location of the hotel is excellent. The area around it is quiet and you can really rest at it. There are two metro stations within 700m radius, serving in total 3 lines from where you can get anywhere in Paris quickly and easy. You can find numerous bistros and restaurants at the area around it, which is convenient for night out or maybe your lunch. Hotel rooms are spacious with king size beds, being exceptionally clean with all the facilities of a four star hotel.

There is only one lift to serve all the floors, which can fit maximum 4-5 people. You have to wait for some time until you fit yourself in to reach your room, or leave it.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and also quiet. I liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The price for Paris was also fair. It is in 10th arr where the locals live which means the restaurants and supermarkets are not at astronomical price and it is less touristy which suited us.

The breakfast was poor. The choice was very limiting. The dining room was very dated and very hot, no air conditioning. The rooms look refurbished but the carpet in the corridors is dated and makes the hotel look cheaper.

Reasonably sized room with a window to the inner courtyard, big bathroom (much bigger than normal for Paris) and the room itself was very clean! They have a 24hr front desk which was great for us, and they helped us call a taxi to the airport early in the morning. The location was pretty good, right beside a subway station and about a 20 min walk to the Louvre. Very reasonably priced for the room and location!

newly refurbished, seems very clean and was comfortable. hotel staff were mostly extremely friendly, except for the morning staff when we dropped our bags off - he was friendly only to French guests and not foreigners. location is 3 mins from nearest metro, and easy to get around everywhere. did not have breakfast but would recommend visiting boulangeries for sandwiches instead! there’s so much food in Paris

lifts are old, bags are not tagged in storage room and you collect and drop them off yourself directly into the room, so does not feel very safe. no view at all from our basic room, and checkout was at 11am but we got loud knocking on our door at 10am, 10.15am, 10.30am and not sure why, if they are forcing wake-up calls on all guests checking out that day. that felt kind of rude

The air conditioning was great - after a hot day sightseeing it was nice to go back to a cool room. Bathroom and room were very spacious - we stayed in a twin room. Location was great and very close to metro and about a 20 min walk to Le Marais (nice area with great restaurants). They held our luggage for us on the day we left. There was an in room safe which was great. The room felt very clean.

Someone triggered the fire alarm and they didn't know how to turn it off, making all the guests come down at 6:30am. The breakfast buffet was below average and not worth the money - the room where you have breakfast also needs a massive upgrade. We didn't like how they didn't label our luggage when we left it with them to store it, it was just put into a random locked room. Sometimes there was no one at the desk and had some small issues with payment when we left. It would have been great if it had a small fridge!

all our requests were on place. staff did everything we asked for.

cleaning of the room was as supposed. although, there was a weird smell throughout our stay from the moment we entered the room. +doors and locks need to be changed at least on our room as they were half open. A credit card could easily open the room from outside.

It was a very nice room/hotel about a 25min walk from Gare se Nore. Lots of metro stops and supermarkets near by. Corner room.on level 1 was nice and big. All very modern. Beds SUPER comfy!!!!

I think it could benefit from a little bar fridge in the room for thoes with long stays can buy milk, butter etc and keep it cold. Also staff were friendly but some did find it hard to understand our english at times. Unfortunately this led us to being over charged by an additional 3 breakfasts at €13 each which we didn't use, so make sure you keep track and double check upon checkout. TV - said it includes satellite channels but it doesn't. They also do provide wifi but it disconnects ALOT without you knowing. We had to rely on our data for most of the stay which wasn't a problem. Shower floor EXTREMELY slippery when wet. A hazzard waiting to happen.

We had a great experience in this hotel. The room was great, we didn't think it was that small. The room was clean, the bed is good, the shower flooded the bathroom every time. The breakfast really doesn't change during the days, but the options are great. The location of the hotel is near a metro station. The neighborhood isn't that great, but we didn't have any problem

You can't really control the AC. Sometimes it gets really cold even when you raise the temperature. We had seen other reviews about robbery inside the hotel. We were a little afraid but we didn't lose anything. We utilized the safe and kept our luggage locked when we were out. There isn't a frigobar in the room

Fantastic location, great ambiance, nice rooms and a great bed and shower. The breakfast was French, loved it with fresh croissaints, crêpes, baguettes, French cheese, etc.

The bar was out of order, that was a bummer.

When we changed the room, everything was as we expected - big windows, spacious room, big bed. The street near hotel is rather calm. Metro station is very near. Hotel guests can fullfill their bottles with still or sparkling water for free, as much as they want. It's very nice small thing, saving from buying new plastic bottles.

At first we were given little room with two small windows and not so big bed. After asking to change the room, we were moved to the beter one, as we were expected from the Booking photos.
