The location of the hotel was perfect for my stay and convenient for public transport (route 38 bus from Gard du Nord). The bed was super comfy for me and the bedroom and shower room were spotless, All the staff I met were welcoming and informative, I would definitely stay again.

I would have liked a kettle and tea making facilities in the room - maybe I should buy a travel kettle for future visits! I didn't take breakfast on the second day because it seemed expensive for the choice available - there are lots of places nearby to eat or buy food. Just another thing to note is that at the time I stayed the lift is only a 2 person lift at the most - especially if you have luggage, so be prepared for a wait if the lobby is busy with people . Or then again you could be a super slim family and it would be super cozy!

Hotel in an excellent location, all amenities, but also sights within walking distance... Inside, everything is kind of small, yet so cute... The staff was very friendly, and we would like to especially thank the young man who worked on our check out time on Sunday afternoon. We needed a ride to Beauvais airport. He kindly explained to us how to get there with the most convenient option, for which we are very very grateful... We are sorry that we do not know his name... Dear young man, we made it, we arrived on the Paris Beauvais shuttle bus. Thank you very much for your help!

Wonderful location in 5th arrondissement. Staff pleasant & helpful. Rooms are small but nicely furnished. We paid an upgrade for Sorbonne view - a must as courtyard currently covered in scaffolding, very dusty (plastering / rendering in progress)& internal rooms looking in to this not great.

Currently having a lot of renovations done, which were not mentioned in the description. Breakfast is pretty average - supermarket standard croissants, tinned fruit salad, broken coffee machine- not value at 16 Euros

The hotel was well-connected with the rest of the city by public transport; the rooms were clean, comfortable and warm. The bed was cozy and the room came with a choice of pillows, which is always a plus. The bathroom was tiny but viable, I had no problems storing my stuff or showering. The staff is nice, helpful and welcoming, they answered all my questions and doubts in a very kindly. Some members of the staff speak English and Spanish, those who don’t kindly help you navigate the French Language.

Fantastic location at a reasonable cost. Room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and given the area of the city, it was extremely quiet. Staff were helpful and polite.

The room was tiny but manageable ,however the shower room was really small. It made showering etc quite awkward. It was even hard to turn inside the shower cubicle.

Location was great, room was clean, staff were great. Room was quiet, it’s very near the centre but not right on it. No complaints.

The hotel has the perfect location, several points of interest are within a walking distance (this is crucial, considering that Paris is a huge metropolis). Ever the train to go to CDG airport is at a 6 min walk. The room was small (as any hotel rom in the old town), but cozy, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, even a nice view to la Sorbonne! We didn't take the breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. But there are actually several cafés and restaurants in the nearby. You can even take your coffee and croissant to le Jardin de Luxembourg in a good day and enjoy the sun.

I cannot think of anything to improve or change. Perhaps just be warned that the lift is tiny. Not a problem at all (it took us 2 rounds, that's it), but perhaps something for guests to consider when travelling with children and/or big suitcases. Just FYI, this is normal in Paris.

The hotel is in a great location - easy to reach from the airport (by public transit) and felt safe walking ~11pm from the RER station to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and there are a lot of great things to see nearby (nice cafes, Pantheon, Notre Dam, Luxembourg Gardens).

While there was limited noise from outside, other people returning to their rooms was very noisy. The bathroom had a funny smell. If you are tall the bed will be too short but there is no footboard so your feet would just hang off.

Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and the location was great.

The rooms are very small - not enough room to have 2 suitcases open at once and the bathrooms will only allow 1 person in at a time.

Our room was upgraded to Delux(with free baby cot). Moreover i love the location is in the heart of the Paris. And the last pleasure- I could eat crossaint and drink coffe really early before we left(I appreciate that because I am breaatfeeding).I hope we will como back soon!
