The hotel is located in a central location for the major tourist attractions around Paris. The room was ample size with a closet and bathroom with a shower and tub. We used the grocery store located below the hotel on numerous occasions to picks up food items for breakfast and lunch.

The breakfast options at the hotel were limited for 15 euros. It would have been nice if there had been some fresh fruit and yogurt offered. It's an older building where the floors creaked whenever people walked around, so we could hear guests walking down the hallway late at night, and also around the room located above ours.

The Hotel is ideally situated a couple of hundred yards away from the Arc de Tromphe and the Champs Elysee. The Hotel and the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the breakfast has a good selection catering to most tastes, and you can eat as much as you want. However, what made the stay most pleasant was the staff, who were very friendly, knowledgeable and only too willing to assist in booking taxis and finding locations. We will book Hotel Du Bois without hesitation on our next visit to Paris.

It was clean, and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They all spoke English and were able to help us with no barrier. The location was close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées shopping area, but it is still a good walk. It is directly above a grocery store chain, which is convenient. I also liked the breakfast, with made to order egg omelette, which goes well with the croissant and deli meat.

There was not a lot of restaurant choices nearby. This is in comparison to the second hotel location that we had in Paris. The room was small, although most hotel rooms are smaller in Europe than in the US. The shower area is really tight. The main entrance is on a higher level than the street; and one has to manage at least a dozen steps, with their luggage. People with mobility issues need to know this.

Everything was very good. We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 am and immediately checked in. The room is small but it is so clean. Breakfast was nice in the friendly and lovely place. The location is perfect. Just 3 minutes walking to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysees and 15 minutes to the Eiffel tower. On the ground floor is located the super-market. Near the hotel you can find a lot of restaurants. I am sure I will book this hotel anytime that I will stay in Paris.

There’s a little bit of stairs to get to as you’re going up to the hotel from the street. Small elevator inside. Room was normal size. Big enough. We had the room with the two beds. Easy check-in, and they let us check in a little early which was nice. Hotel is just down from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Élysées. Walls were little thin. Great shower pressure but, as is common in Europe, water tends to get all over the bathroom when you shower if not careful. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay.

Five minutes from the champs elysees, ten minutes from the eiffel tower. Nice and bright room, super clean bed and bathroom. Friendly staff, easy to find. I would definitely stay here again.

For us it was good, It was not that we didn't like it, but the shower is a bit small. We are small and did not have a problem, but someone a bit larger would have not been able to shower. Other than that small detail everything else was great.

This is our second time at this hotel. We love the location, quiet side street but a stones throw from Arc de Triomphe. Beds were very comfy, staff were friendly and it is such a quick walk to the River. Very reasonable cost and they had a triple room where myself and my daughters could stay. Air conditioned rooms - lovely and cool. Breakfast is optional - we decided to eat out for ours.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent as its 10 minutes walk from the famous Triumphal Arch and 15 minutes walk from the Champs Elysees.

The room size (classic room) was tiny as well as the bathroom. The standing shower can barley fit a normal size person! We tried to change the room to a bigger one and the staff tried their best to accommodate our request however the hotel was fully booked during our 6 nights stay. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful many thanks :)

Perfect location - down the road from arc de triomphe and 20 mins walk from Eiffel Tower. Multiple metro stations nearby. Staff very friendly. Renovated room was nice. Would return next time we visit Paris.

A bit noisy in the mornings - not the hotels fault, construction work happening outside.

The proximity to everything around, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Élysées, Tour Eiffel, shopping area…The breakfast buffet area and the quietness of the hotel in the peaceful neighborhood.

Only one thing was missing, the bathroom does not have space to put any skin care or simply a soap bar.
