I exceptionally loved the location of the hotel. While it was close enough to all the important landmarks (5 mins away from the Arc de Triomphe, 10 mins away from the Eiffel tower), it was also quiet and private enough an area to enjoy a quaint escape away from the bustling side. We had a balcony rooftop room which gave us a nice Eiffel top view, and a wonderful view of the streets below which had a lovely cafe, CAFE BELLOY which we patronized on a cold and rainy night where we had the most wonderful hot cup of vanilla milk and hot chocolate accompanied with frommage pizza. Our room was comfortable and cosy, with a superbly clean bathroom. Loved everything about our stay, truly. And the service counter would greet us nicely every single time we came back or left the hotel. Thank you for the memories!!

The staff was great and personable! Before selling the left overs, it seemed considerate to permit others to grab something. The staff immediately let me know they could split the bed the next day.

It seemed after the first day of putting out left overs, it stopped because I took advantage and instead the left overs were taken for sale. If you knew I had not purchased breakfast, and I took some of the left overs placed in a public area, you should have offered them to me even if at a reduced price. I did not like the seeming inability to split the beds because I arrived late that night when communication should have secured the desire before I arrived.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms that were available at this hotel. If you’ve been to Paris most accommodations are very small (that is the norm) these were bigger than most. The A/C was a nice touch as well as it was very very warm the past few days in Paris. The location is in between Arc De Triomphe and Trocadéro (Eiffel Tower) the metro locations were within a few blocks.

The only issue with our room in particular was the bed, the middle sank and the edges were raised. It seemed as though there was no support underneath the mattress. It caused us both back pain and anytime either of us moved, it made the other person move as well.

Everything was great during our stay. The location is good, close to restaurants, metro and attractions. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was paying a deposit before our stay. They refunded it upon check out and I understand why they have this rule but it was my 7th time in Paris and I've never been asked to pay a deposit in any other hotels I've stayed in.

The hotel is conveniently located with the Kleber metro station just a few minutes walk away and restaurants close by. The hotel staff at reception are friendly and one staff in particular was incredibly helpful in trying to find solutions for us regarding reservations after one of our flights was unexpectedly cancelled. We had to seek multiple nights of last minute accommodations because of the flight cancellation. My parents appreciated the location and staff so much so that they decided to book an extra 3 nights at the hotel until their next departure. This review is based on the one night I stayed at the hotel.

I can’t speak too much of value as we were able to obtain great rates for a same day check-in far less than what is showing up now on Booking.com. But we did enjoy our first night there and thought it was great value for what we paid.

Ideal location for sights eg the Eiffel Tower and intersection of Metro and RER trains (Charles De Gaulle Etoile) and PSG (Paris St Germain) stadium for my grandson. Cafe Belloy (recommended) was excellent.

There was nothing we didn't like apart from the fact we couldn't fit everything in, in the time available. The Metro ticket machines were daunting to begin with but they do operate in English so soon became very easy to use.

Everyone is very helpful and kind, and very pleasant!! The hotel is located close to metro stations no matter where you want to go, and it is within walking distance of the Champs Elysees.

Our kettle never worked, but we never said anything about it, so it isn't that big of a deal.

We booked a Deluxe Triple Room and it was very smartly decorated with literally everything included and very spacious compared to other rooms you can find in Paris. Hotel is perfectly located, the staff was always smiling and so helpful with everything. Breakfast was good as well. Overall we loved our stay at Hotel De Sevigne and would recommend to everyone.

Bed comfort can be improved, but that's not a big issue.

We really loved staying Hotel de Sevigne ! It was right down the street from the Arc and not too far to the Eiffel Tower. We had a super charming room a cute balcony with adorable flower boxes and flowers. The staff was very welcoming and the room was clean . We would definitely come back in the future!

Everything was perfect.... The location was amazing very close to everything and it was pretty peaceful during nights. The room was great too, spacious nice bathroom and balcony! The staff was extremely kind always there to help and parking was really good and safe we didn't have to worry about our car throughout our stay.

Only one minor thing.. providing more drinking water because 3 bottles for 3 people for 3 days wasn't enough especially when it was really hot, but other than that everything was perfect! Will definitely come back!
