Everything from the minute we stepped in the hotel until the minute we left everything was perfect, friendly English speaking staff. Beautiful room with balcony and amazing breakfast in bed. Go there and enjoy....

The hotel seems either new or recently done up so the rooms and all facilities are shiny and bright. The breakfast meny has a lovely spread and the lobby has nice coves and private dining areas where one can sit and relax. The bathrooms are well facilitated and all amenities are available too. The location is a 15 min walk to Champs Elysées and also has quite a few Cafés and Restaurants in the vicinity

The day time staff could be more helpful. There was no one to help with bags at the entrance while alighting and getting into the cab . They also made multiple errors with billing and didn't seem to be happy to be corrected on it. When we asked for help with suggestions to local places they had no idea and couldn't redirect us to somone who could help either.

This is a very nice hotel with beautiful rooms! Rooms are very clean and comfortable with a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. Clean bathrooms, nice AC, and very comfortable beds. Reception was great and very helpful. I have read all comments before booking and I must say I agree with the positive comments and very much disagree with the negative comments ( it wasn't noisy, hallways are wide enough and there are two elevators to use). The location is amazing, walking distance to the Champs-Élysées and the EiffelTower. In the vicinity there are enough places for coffee, breakfast or dinner. Carrefour is conveniently around the corner.

Hotel within easy reach of attractions. Very clean and staff pleasant. Breakfast good.

Some facilities not working properly such as air conditioning and Hairdryer. Air conditioning reported to reception staff but no action taken. Rooms a little small.

The location. It’s near Arc de Triomphe, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, very near a metro station, has a boulangerie nearby.

Initially, i thought the offer was for room & breakfast. However, after booking, the breakfast offer was gone. Maybe, one should include in the Booking post, Breakfast Offer & how much.

Although I had specifically booked a room on the higher floors and with a view of the city, upon arrival I was given a room facing the courtyard and on the 4th floor. Despite the initial reluctance of the staff at reception , however, due to my persistence and proving that I had confirmed my room requirements in writing beforehand, I was eventually given a room that was situated as I expected and as confirmed in writing when I made the booking.

The breakfast was great, many selections and hot food, staff were very efficient and courteous, the hotel's location is the best, close to most tourist attraction site. I love the location

The hotel was so gorgeous and decorated very well. The rooms were comfortable and it’s in a more relaxed part of Paris even though it’s close to major destinations. The staff was very attentive and very kind!

The room key had to be changed 5 times cause it didn’t work and it was uncomfortable that they didn’t really verify my info before giving new keys.

This is a very good hotel. The service was superb.

The room was too small. It would really be great to be able to get a French omelet at breakfast.
