What you see in the photos is what you get. We were so fortunate that our request for a room with balcony was granted which gave me the opportunity to take great snaps of the Eiffel Tower. The location was just perfect! It is proximal to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro Station and bus stops. It's mostly walking distance to tourist sites (if you don't mind walking). We loved the bed, it's so comfy. The lobby looks posh as well. Receptionists were all approachable and speaks English ❤️

I just observed that people can freely take their luggages without the receptionist asking for their number. It will be more safer if the receptionist will get their luggage number and hand them the bags personally rather than allowing anyone to get the bags in the cloak room. Hoping for them to improve it.

Location was excellent. Between 2 metro stations. Also 5 min walk to Arc de Triumph. Eiffel views from front of Hotel. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful. Definitely will return.

Our room was located at stairwell so unfortunately was very noisy from as early as 6am. One of the beds in the room backed onto the main Hotel stairwell. Staying again we would request not to stay in this room.

The bed is really comfortable. And of course the view is amazing. They also have a bath tub, not only a shower. It is located only 4 minutes walking from the nearest metro. There are many bakery and cafe located bear the hotel, so no worries about getting food. Arc de Triumph is also only around 10minutes walk away. Overall it was a pleasant stay

The Asian gentleman at reception was really nice he upgraded us to the balcony with the Eiffel Tower view which was perfect you could see the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. The location was excellent 15mins walk to Eiffel Tower arc de Triomphe, lots of restaurants nearby and close to metros. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. We got the double superior with balcony on the 2nd floor room 12 room size was decent. would go back if we go to Paris again.

Great location - close to metro and restaurants. With the metro it is quick and easy to get anywhere you would like to go. Enjoyed using the courtyard and common entrance rooms. Rooms were large and comfortable.

When booking we asked for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel replied they couldn't guarantee this and needless to say we did not receive a room with this view. This was a huge disappointment, perhaps disproportionately so. We were unhappy with the hotel's response. If these rooms are more expensive we should have been told that then decide for ourselves if it was worth to pay extra for this room or not. If it was a first-come, first-serve issue then we should have been told these have already been booked (unlikely though as we booked early). We felt the hotel didn't even attempt to fill our request and this, once again, was very disappointing.

The hotel itself is very beautiful and located perfectly near the eifel tower and you can find so many good small restaurants around. We had to change rooms but the new room was clean and had a lovely view to the eifel tower the breakfast was very good and the day time staff was very polite friendly and helpful

When we arrived in the evening, the night shift staff was there, he was rather unpolite and when we pointed out that we booked a different room we were accused of lying - we ordered a small room for 2, 2 single beds and eifel tower view and got a dark not so clean room with no view whatsoever the bathroom and toilet were a bit unclean even. Luckily their mistake was sorted out in the morning with the day time staff

The location was fantastic. It was a 5 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and 10 mins to the Eiffel Tower. We were originally given room 212, which was lovely but moved to room 515. The view was amazing and the room was larger. The staff were so helpful and friendly and didn't mind my crappy French🙂. Great toiletries in the bathroom. Mini bar available and the items were not overly expensive. We had a fabulous trip.

Nothing the hotel was great and so were all the staff. Compared to other hotels in the area that we looked at, we were not expecting much because of the price. But we were wonderfully surprised.

- Location is the best. Very close to train station. Close to arc the triomphe around 10 minutes by walking. We can see eiffel tower from our hotel room’s balcony. - Breakfast are great. They have a lot of choices. My kid loves it. - Staff are very helpfull and friendly - We took dinner at two restaurants acrross the hotel. Very convinient for family with kid.

- They didnt clean our room. It was very dissapointing since we stay in the room with trash bin not yet cleaned. We informed this to the staff. I guess they missed to clean our room. -The bathub is hard to use because size of the bathroom is very small. I always scared me and my kid could falling from bathup when taking shower. But this still understandable since toilet in Paris mostly very small.

The location was amazing! You have the view of the Eiffel Tower from the street entrance. Some rooms also have the view, but our apartment didn’t. The room was a good size for one night. Cafes and resultants near by were great, within walking distance to Arc Di Triumoh and Eiffel Tower. Supermarket close by. The street and surrounds felt safe and were pleasant to walk along. Breakfast was nice too.

We could have done with some more items in the kitchen and some washing detergent for the washing machine. But it wasn’t a big deal for one night. The table only fit 4 of us so we couldn’t all eat together. It’s not somewhere I’d stay for longer than a few days as the kitchen wasn’t the greatest.

- the location is absolute amazing. we did not use the subway at all, there are walkable distances to all the sightseeings. there is a 5-10 minutes walking distance to Champs Elysee and from there you can walk everywhere. - the room is very clean, we did not request a room with the Eiffel Tower view, but at the reception we gor free upgrade to a bigger room which was great. - breakfast is good, not very varied, but it has all you need for a day, various types of bakery croissants, gems, butter, coffee, it s a totally parisian experience

we liked everything. we will totally come back to the same hotel next time
