You will choose this hotel for the great location and the value for money! You will get a small modern new and clean room with a very comfortable bed and a friendly person in the reception, nothing more. If this is what you want is perfect

Practically this hotel has no communal space and the photos are not representative. It's a budget hotel where the bath towels are for kids, there are paper glasses on the rooms, no toiletries only soap, no room service, no mini bar and guests are ordering take away for dinner leaving bags with food outside their rooms.

I liked everything about my stay at this hotel! It was a lovely room for one and I really enjoyed the privacy this hotel offered. The location was great, so close to the subway and in a very safe area (there were police on guard near the corner of the street), and the staff were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was good and gave you your money worth (Europe food was generally expensive anyways). And although it's only three stars, this hotel is really new and chic, the interior is nicely decorated so you still feel like you're living a fancy Parisienne life.

Great location. Very clean. Temperature control worked nicely. Very nice staff.

Room was very small. Walls/doors are a little thin and could hear noise from other rooms. The door also had no extra security lock.

Beautifully done hotel with efficient use of space. The property and room were clean and created a relaxed atmosphere in the centre of Paris. I particularly liked the bedroom decor and the ambient lighting. Would definitely consider staying again.

1/ Breakfast: could have been better with just a little more effort. 2/ Checkout time advertised on booking.com as “until noon” but got a call at 11.30am saying check out was at 11.30. This created a last minute packing rush which was quite stressful. Nevertheless, the staff were courteous and polite and offered to let me stay on the premises / leave my bag (which is fairly standard).

Perfect location (safe and walking distance to major attractions), impeccable cleaness and decor, and the staff were simply amazing. This was the first stop on our Europe trip and the hospitality and assistance from the staff was like a big warm hug that made us feel so welcomed and taken well care of. I was also impressed by the soundproofing of the rooms - it was very busy summer time and I believe the hotel was full judging by the people at breakfast in the morning (btw great breakfast- well worth the small amount of extra payment), but we barely hear anything and slept through the night even with jetlag. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Loved the service, Amar was especially pleasant to us and a very nice guy. The rest of the staff were always on site and ready to attend to your needs. Ideally suited, very close to the metro, easy Uber ride to the main attractions. We had a great time!! The beds were really comfortable and the room was very spacious. They even had access to Disney Plus for my daughter to look at when we came back from a long day out in Paris. There was also a very nice corner store next to the hotel with fruits, snacks, beverages etc really nice store keeper!! There is also an awesome and very authentic Japanese Restaurant called ITOKO nearby - their sushi is c'est magnifique !! Will definitely stay here again. Sincerely, Chris.

We liked everything!!

The staff, especially Lucy and Dragona were especially professional, helpful and friendly! They made us feel very welcome! In addition, there were two young men who respectively staffed the front desk in the evenings, who were very helpful and courteous. We loved the outdoor garden in the center of the hotel as well.

Our room with the twin beds was rather small yet comfortable. At times there was a mild mildew odor that may have resulted from lack of ventilation in the shower, even though the shower and bathroom were very clean.

Loved the hotel with its own style, comfortable design and exactly what you need when staying a couple of days exploring Paris. The room is a decent size for 3 people, not easy to find in Paris and you did not hear any noise from the hallway or elevator because you first entered a small hallway with access to the bathroom and door to the room. We liked the view on the courtyard and good that it was possible to open the windows. Staff is very friendly and helped us whenever we had questions or wanted to make reservations.

Not that we did not like things, more suggestions for improvement: Breakfast is basic but enough to start the day with. Would only have expected a good coffee machine for Paris standards. Although the staff really tried to help us with everything, they also had to google for information and restaurants nearby, did not have suggestions from their own experience.

This is a beautiful small hotel in a good location where many sights are accessible by foot. By all means, it could rightfully have 4 stars. The room was big enough for 2, especially by Parisian standards where rooms are smaller, was clean and well-equipped.

Staying on the top floor, our room was close to the main unit of the air-conditioning/heating system, which was loud when anybody in the hotel had it turned on. So when we went to sleep, it rumbled quite loudly. It always died down eventually, but still it was unpleasant and there was nothing that could be done. However, if you are used to sleeping with ear plugs or if you stay on some other floor, it will be fine.

The rooms were attractively decorated, extremely clean and smelt lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the quality of the bedding excellent. Our room was on the first floor and overlooked the terrace area which is very pretty. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to Place de la Concorde, Le Louvre etc. as well as to Printemps department store, other shops and many cafes and restaurants. Despite being so central, the hotel is located on a very quiet side street and in a safe area. We did not try the breakfast but the breakfast room/sitting area was delightful with a cozy fireplace. The staff on reception were all very friendly and helpful and the desk operates 24/7.

Nothing
