Hotel looks very pretty and charming. Room on 6th floor (Superior Room) was quiet, pretty and not so small for Paris Standard (but it wasn't big). Location is really good. Super Central but away-enough from the madness of the touristy landmarks. quiet in the evening. Supermarket round the corner and tube are very handy! Staff is really nice and professional. Will definitely go back again.

The below are just minor points as we absolutely loved this hotel: Hotel does not have a restaurant, but this is not a problem in Paris as there are so many places to eat nearby (more option at lunch then dinner in the area, but still plenty of options if you are not fussed). No fridge in the room. In the evening the area is quiter... but not too quiet as you are still very very central! it always feels safe! Hotel has a breakfast room where you can have continental breakfast (we did not try it so we can not rate it). Hotel does not have a big bar. The bar is more like a wine and liqueur cabinet. We did not try it but it seems ok for a quick drink. Room is a bit pricy.

the most beautiful location of Paris. you can go to many places by walk and metro station is very close to hotel. Receptionists are so help full and kind. Room sizes are very good. Lobby and library room are so lovely.

not satisfying housekeeping and breakfast services. Housekeepers and staff in the breakfast area are a bit rude as they can't speak English.

great location. beautiful bathroom. great staff- we arrived late and staff made recommendation for a local restaurant that was excellent!!

I slept on a pull out bed. the fitted mattress cover had old blood on it. I didn’t complain since I slept on the other side and had a sheet between the mattress cover and myself. it was so late that first night when we noticed, I didn’t feel like calling about it.

it had loads of character felt very Parisian. it was situated perfectly in the centre of everything so we could walk everywhere - loads of restaurants, cafes and shops near by! we were greeted with a free bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely touch unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to drink! and all the staff were very helpful!

Saint Augustin metro a short walk away. Auber metro about 15 minutes which is in the line to Disney Paris. Friendly and efficient staff, we were made to feel welcome. Rooms were very clean, well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Lots of shopping in the area as well as good restaurants.

We would've liked a tea/coffee service in the room and a complimentary bottle or two of water would also have been appreciated.

Lovely small hotel in the wonderful and quiet area, Madeleine. Really close to the St Augustin Metro station and plenty of restaurants, cafes and places to eat nearby. The double room we booked was cozy (just like all rooms in Paris) but the hotel was clean, smart looking and the receptionist Eliza was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

How lucky were we to have stayed at this Hotel in their opening day. It was closed due to pandemic for many months. The staff were so keen and eager to get back to their normal routine. Everyone was SO friendly and extremely helpful. I did read some reviews stating the rooms are small (which is normal for Paris) however, we must have gotten the best room as it was large! Location is fantastic and I cannot stress this enough. There is a department store next door. Close to shopping area and not too far from all the main tourist attractions. Breakfast is €15 but we were not buy breakfast eaters so we didn't have any. You will need to leave the key with front desk when you leave your room. I highly recommend this place! location was the best! if you stay here go to perle noir across the street. great local bar.

we were on first floor junior suite. room was great size but very very dark. we had a window but being on first floor, we faced a wall. so no natural light.

The hotel is in a great location, with beautiful / antique aesthetics. I felt like I was staying in "real" authentic Paris. The staff are very polite and attentive and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast selection could have been a bit better in my opinion. Although I loved the pastry selection and meats / cheeses, I would have enjoyed a better variety of options for the several days I stayed

I would have liked a more diverse selection of food for breakfast, for example, scrambled eggs instead of just cooked ones.

The shower curtain in our room had mold on the bottom. It was the only thing we did not like in our room, everything else was perfect.
