The hotel was beautiful. It was my daughters 15th birthday and the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay extra special. The extra details went a long way to making this a very memorable holiday for us. The location was excellent, close to the metro/subway. Walking distance to the Champs Elysees, and close to supermarkets and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were very clean and pretty. Area around the hotel felt safe.

The lights were flickering in the bathroom, however, I mentioned it to reception and they thanked me for bringing it to their attention and said they would deal with it immediately.

The location of the hotel is very close to metro stations and kind of central to different places in Paris (the city is quite big). The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, speaking multiple languages (English, Spanish and French). They stored our luggage without problems, since we arrived before the check-in was available.

Even though we booked a superior room, it was not the one in the pictures. Nonetheless, the room was very nice and we hardly spent time there anyways. We struggled a lot with the magnetic cards, having to fix them basically everyday, but the staff was very nice about it.

Great location, only 10 minutes to Champs-Elysées and close to all other sights so that we could easily walk. Breakfast and shopping also directly on the street. The reception looks amazing and the staff was very sweet, especially Abdennour was super helpful for us while Checking in. Also the view from the room was gorgeous!! Definitely a hotel to recommend.

Only thing to mention would be speed of the Wi-Fi and that the room was a bit small but honestly for a city trip it was ok and mentioned in the description before.

Breakfast was great at 10 euros person.

Initially the room we had booked was too small with a king sized bed in. We paid extra for a bigger room. Disappointed there was no restaurant in a 4 star hotel. Fortunately there was enough local restaurants, but the weather was wet and very cold and it would have been convenient if there was a restaurant or snack bar on site.

The location of Hotel Park Lane is wonderful! Close to lots of good restaurants, cafes, and shops, as well as several metro stations, which made getting around really easy. We also walked to lots of our destinations because it was so close! The staff was super friendly. When any issues arose, they were quick to respond and were always helpful. The rooms were comfortable, too!

I’m surprised more reviews don’t mention this, but you can hear the metro trains coming and going from the station below the hotel. It was not terribly disruptive, but it was noticeable. Obviously there is nothing the hotel can do about this, but lighter sleepers may want to consider this.

The hotel is clean. The common areas are spacious. The design is consistent. It doesn't look old like most other hotels in Paris. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. The aircon works very well. The wifi works well. The hotel smells good. For the same price as other cheap hotels in Paris (I paid a little more than 100 euros), this hotel is actually 4 stars quality, and beat all other hotels hands down. Despite it being a chain! And trust me I don't like writing good reviews about chain but you need to be fair here, that hotel is one of the best I've been in Paris.

The rooms could do with some minor maintenance, refurbishing. Because it's a chain, the staff is only so-so. But they do their best so it's hard to blame them. This is not a family hotel.

the breakfast was very good the location is perfect: a silence street, some restaurants in a close distance, we walked to the concord, to champs elysees, to opera garnie, to gallery lafayyet. we made an order to a room of 20 s"m and it was very comfortable we ordered a taxi when we needed with the help of the receptionist

Super nice personal, hotel is in great location. You can use metro in St. Augustin station or in St. Lazare from there you can go anywhere in Paris. Room is nice with balcony which is bigger than most in Paris. You have great WiFi and TV. Fresh room clean and change of towels and shampoo every. Breakfast is good you can have different French bread, fruit, eggs, bacon, coffe, Tea, Milk, hot chokolate, toast, honey, jogurt.... personal is super Nice and can help you with everything. Also they can help you book for Disneyland and other bookings.

Close to transportation. Rooms cleaned daily and an excellent breakfast for 12e. The staff was very helpful planning places to go and mapping out the way to get there. On the smaller size for a hotel, but very comfortable and accommodating.❤️

Doesn’t have a microwave

The hotel location is spot on. Walking distance from Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Galeries Lafayette Haussman and more! The 24/7 reception was really good as it gave me piece of mind being a solo traveller. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The bed was honestly so comfortable I wanted to stay in bed a lot longer in the mornings but the Parisian sights were calling! Beautiful city views from the balcony and a small glimpse of the Eiffel Tower too! The winding stair case in the hotel is fabulous! Rue la Boetie is a beautiful street. There are plenty of cafes and bistros very close by as well as some pretty impressive buildings and Parisian architecture! The hotel staff were outstanding to say the least, friendly and welcoming. They were so helpful with my questions about the Metro! There are two metro stations very close by. I did not have breakfast at the hotel but I did have a night cap at the bar in the reception area and it was a really relaxing atmosphere! Super speedy WIFI at no charge! I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I’m really glad I chose Hotel Park Lane for my stay in Paris and will do so again if I return in future!
