The place was quite nice, the receptionists were really helpful and polite always helping when they could. I had help when I first got there because I needed to buy a SIM card and then I got the address for going to the place. I had no problem with my stay, I really liked the place, the breakfast was nice too. I only stayed for two days (not enough for Paris), but enough to enjoy a little bit.

I think the hotel should be clear about what bedrooms have the Eiffel Tower view for when clients access the booking.com or any other websites they be more aware about it, but besides that I am totally happy with my stay.

The location was excellent 10 minutes walk from The Eiffel Tower. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel which suited me but may not suit others . It may have a mini bar I don’t know. Staff so friendly and nice . I had a room with a balcony and view of the tower which was more expensive but worth every penny. Close to bus/ metro , supermarket/ restaurants and a post office. Only one negative , I didn’t get breakfast included so we paid 13€ each , that was per day per breakfast. Very happy we only got it one morning! Very poor quality. A few croissants , very nasty/ diluted orange juice , some white bread , coffee / tea you had to get yourself. Very limited breakfast cereal and tinned fruit and natural yogurt and some ham/ cheese! Boiled eggs. I come from Ireland where the breakfast in hotels is always toast , brown bread , choice of eggs , bacon , rasher mushroom beans and cereal and always fresh fruit. It was not worth 26€ for two people . But everything else , top class and I’ll be back . Finally the lift is quirky, one person at a time , not for the faint hearted or claustrophobics . I found it fine and amusing. There’s a lovely little games room too with chess , draughts etc Highly recommend hotel for friendliness , willingness to speak English, location , nice rooms, super landmark view. What a fantastic hotel, the decour is beutiful, the staff are its main strength, so very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are realy nice and the hotel common areas are very well presented. It looks very French (this is a good thing!)

Nothing to not like. I am a really critical person and can ususally find something to moan about! I loved this Hotel and everything about it.

In general we were very happy with the hotel. The room was quiet with a view to the Eiffel Tour as we requested. Ideal for two people. The breakfast was satisfying and there was a variety. Staff always there to help with a smile and very polite. I do Location of the hotel excellent! Close to everything if you like walking and the tube station just 2min walk.

The only negative was the space of the breakfast. Too small and too many people in there having breakfast a bit unhealthy due the covid circumanstances. Staff kept closing the doors main doors and no window was open to refresh the air. We did not feel very comfortable.

1. The hotel is very close to the metro station (École Militaire), so it’s very convenient and safe. 2. The lobby and rooms are clean and cozy, with very pretty decors and colour scheme. 3. Staff and front desk receptionist were very friendly, helpful and efficient. 4. I LOVE THE LIFT!!! 5. Double door feature and spiral stairs within the hotel is so unique!

My husband, daughter and I recently spent a long weekend at the Hotel Le Cercle Tour Eiffel. It was a wonderful experience. We cannot say enough about the hotel staff. They are welcoming and more than helpful...from sight-seeing suggestions, dinner reservations, airport transport....they were always happy to accommodate us. On our first morning at the hotel, we overslept and missed breakfast. When we asked for directions to a cafe serving breakfast, they opened the kitchen which had closed thirty minutes prior and served us a wonderful breakfast. The hotel is small but warm and inviting. Our triple room (1 king-size bed and 1 twin bed) was more than adequate. The location is perfect...3 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, 5 minutes to the Seine river cruises and a 20 minute walk to the Champs Elysees. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon!

beautiful hotel and easy location

5th floor and elevator for luggage only and barely fit that.

The location is perfect, steps away from metro and very close to Eiffel Tower and many restaurants. The room is quite good and clean, the beds are corfortable and the bathroom was totaly renewed. I worth to mention that the staff was extremelly friendly and always available to help.

The lift is quite small, it works basically as a "lugage lift", but as I was on the first floor, it was not an issue. But it could be for people with limited mobility.

The hotel has enter of transfortation, clean and nice view. Also, the hotel manager worked in reception was very kindness and nice. He always smiled to me and did'nt discriminate reason of why I was south korean. He made me comfortble to speak korean language.

There has no refrigerator, little bit loud, very small elevator.

Location of the hotel was great. We had the view of the Eiffel tower from our room. We had the convenience of several street front cafe's within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Alan helped us find places of interest around the city. Amar was helpful finding public transportation for our excursions. Although breakfest was continental type my wife loved the chocolate croissants every morning. Our room was always clean. We would visit again.

If a person has ambulatory issues there is only one small elevator which is designed to bring one piece of luggage at a time to the upper floors.
