My room was very clean and large enough for 1 person. The bathroom was clean and practical. Hot water, bathtub/shower...all what is needed. It was very silent during the night. The included breakfast was much better than expected. Choice of breads, croissants, pains au chocolat, cheeses, jams,.... And a very good coffeemaker with plenty of choices. Wifi works well but the password is a challenger :) Plenty of convenience stores and nice restaurants in the direct vicinity. And last but not least, the reception ladies are wonderful!

Check out is early at 11 and check was strict at 14:00. The entrance looks rather low profile but I think that this hotel is anyway underrated by the feedbacks. It deserves a better rating. Just try to find a hotelroom below 100 euro in the center of Paris at walking distance from the Gard du Nord.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing and the staff were really helpful. Location of the hotel is great, everything is within walkable distance, and metro stations are near. Amazing value for money.

I would say it was complete and had everything. Our room was tiny but for paying 60 euros for a night + buffet breakfast, it's just perfect. The bathroom of the room we had had a bathtub. There was no option to plug it to use as a bathtub but it was okay. The room placements were nice. I just think the walls are too thin, and we can hear the neighbors but I think that's okay. The night receptionist was really nice, as well as the breakfast lady and the day receptionist. Perfect for a quick getaway from the city while being in the city.

The first night they assigned us a room on the fifth floor and the elevator went only to the fourth floor and my husband and I had to take a stair way (quite dangerous for two elderly people)to get yo our room, no internet and the phone didn’t work. We were moved to a lower room and the problem was solved.

I love this hotel it’s one of my favourites in Paris, the location is fantastic, the room is perfect for the price, the staff are pleasant and very accommodating and the free breakfast is good.

Usually I have a better rating for this place but I couldn’t get the wifi to work and the staff were pretty unhelpful. So no wifi for 3 days is quite inconvenient.

Great hotel for this price! Very nice staff. And most importantly the best location! Very atmospheric room. Good shower. Improve the wifi signal, add a couple of sockets and it would be amazing!

Easy walk from hotel to Poissoniere metro line 7. Bus stop to gare du nord easy walk. Lots of eating places on street. Good wifi. Fresh towels and bed made every day. Bed and pillows good. Shower pressure good. Breakfast good. Lots of choices. Staff polite

Noisy street. I was in room 101 1st floor. Small room. Little bit dated. Bathroom cosy. Door key card had to be reset a couple times.

Friendliness of the staff, helpfulness to find a doctor nearby. The location is central and most of the attractions you can reach by foot. Even though the hotel is not recently renovated, the cleaning staff is taking good care of it. The ratio of price and service provided (when we add a location of it to this) is more than appropriate.

Conveniently located in the middle of Paris, close to the Metro. My room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was well balanced and the staff were kind and friendly. Roxanne particularly was very helpful.

The shower curtain should have been replaced with a fresh one.
