I wish they served dinner… especially when I got into town on a Sunday, many restaurants were closed. Would have been nice to have an option in house! But overall great property!!

Rooms are very clean and size is big specially for a city like Paris. Breakfast very good, high quality of food.

Location, to get to the hotel is not a nice neighborhood, at least when you travel with family. Metro stations near the hotel are not nice.

Clean, pretty hotel in a nice area, exactly as advertised in the photos. Really helpful staff all round, really good breakfast which we had brought up to the room. The spa products smelled lovely and I received a complimentary bottle of hair oil which I now plan to purchase a full size of.

I didn't like that there was no nighttime room service, the night manager didn't seem to have a reason other that "because it's August", as if somehow that made perfect sense.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The place was impeccably clean and had a cozy atmosphere. The staff, particularly the lady with black hair at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully appointed, and the bathroom was truly amazing. The night service was a thoughtful touch, preparing the room for sleep and providing oils that my wife loved.

My only minor concern was the noise from nearby construction, but since we left early each day, it didn't significantly impact our stay. Overall, it was a minor inconvenience beyond the hotel's control.

Hotel is quiet, cosey and homely. With less than 50 rooms, you are made to feel at home and the staff can give you their full attention. The location was great and so was the room. The suite was clean and modern, breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed some authentic french food as part of it. Staff were also very helpful with booking our taxi and also recommending local resteraunts and bars. Thank you!

The view from the balcony could of been slightly better as some roadworks were being performed all along the street. I understand this is not the hotels fault. Also upon arrival after around 10 minutes a member of staff let himself into our room to deliver some cake / biscuits as a welcome gift which we found super strange and quite intrusive. As i was in Paris with my partner this could of ended with something he didn't want to see!

Hotel de Nell is well located within a 10 minute walking distance of Gare de Nord. Our room was compact but very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom toiletries were a delicious smell of honey! Complementary water and little pastries were provided. An ironing board and iron was supplied very quickly on request and staff were extremely helpful organising a taxi at short notice. We did not have breakfast the next morning but the buffet looked plentiful and high quality with lots of choice. This hotel was excellent value for money for central Paris in June.

Great location, lovely hotel, excellent service / hospitality. We booked this hotel at the last minute because it was close to the train station. we couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. the hotel is very stylish and the room was large compared to others we’ve stayed at in Paris but Jennie at the front desk is really what made this place shine even brighter. she was so kind , welcoming, and helpful. This hotel truly deserves 5 stars and I will definitely stay here when I’m next in Paris….you should too!

It was very welcoming and the room lived up to expectation from the photos seen prior to arrival. Lovely staff and a quiet hotel with a boutique, modern feel. Loved it!

we were charged €100 a night when we checked in (€400 in total) as a ‘just in case’ fee, this wasn’t made clear before arrival and so took up a large chunk of our spending money. not ideal! when we checked out, the receptionist said this was a mistake and should have been a holding amount- we shouldn’t have actually been charged this, the first receptionist was new so made a mistake. understandable, but unfortunately didn’t help our financial situation during our stay. we have the money back now though.

The staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. I had the corner room which was spotless, sophisticated and very well designed. The breakfast was superb. I absolutely loved the location. Most tourist spots are a 15-20 min walk away; yet the hotel itself is located on a quiet street opposite a church. I’d wake up to the sound of church bells every morning. It was just lovely!

It’s a small hotel although very sophisticated and chic. I missed having some open spaces around.

Room was well presented, a good size and well maintained. Breakfast was well prepared with plenty of choice. Staff very helpful. Although a little far from some attractions to walk the metro and bus services are close by.

It was a shame the restaurant wasn’t open during the evenings of our stay.
