Alex and Daniel, the staff on duty during our stay, were very helpful. Because the air conditioning was being repaired, the hotel discounted our stay and provided us with breakfast each morning.

It wasn’t terribly close to a Metro stop, but it was equidistant from several stops and lines.

Daniel the receptionist was excellent and gave us the best advice to enjoy our stay

The breakfast was weak. No cheese and very minimal.. no variety

Excellent location, handy for many restaurants (traditional & refined; Au Petit Riche. Art Deco gem & cheap; Bouillon Julien). A short distance from several Metro stations on different routes. Walking distance from Gare du Nord, Montmartre and the centre. A bank and grocery store are just around the corner. Big room (for Paris) high ceilings and well equipped. Pretty breakfast room and plentiful continental breakfast. Welcoming and helpful staff at reception and during breakfast.

This is a densely populated area, so some traffic & street noise, as you would expect.

The front desk was so friendly. He went above and beyond the call of duty. The hotel was located at a great location. I can't stop raving about the hotel. The room was spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We were celebrating my mom's 65th birthday. She fell in love with Paris; she was in awe of the hospitality of Parisians. We are from NYC, so needless to say, we felt at home. My mother was just enamored with the city, and so was I. Thank you for your kindness. It really means a lot after our ordeal with a misleading property we booked on this site.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Hotel location great. Close to restaurants and bars and a short walk to the Metro.

Air conditioning not working, although they waived the charge for breakfast as compensation (good). Room a little small, a struggle to find somewhere for our suitcases.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and there is a very pleasant lounge. Excellent breakfast.

Location of the hotel is great! Even though the location is very convenient, it was not noisy at all. Room were spacious. Staff was very helpful and hospitable.

I liked everything. It would be nice if we had a small fridge in the room but it was not a problem.

Old fashioned French charm. I was given a spacious room on the third floor with a nice view of the street. Reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel gives a good impression on entering. I would consider booking it again.

Small points, but there was no crockery for hot drinks in my room, just paper cups which leaked when hot water was added. I couldn’t get the air con to work, though a fan had been provided. I should have asked for help probably! A mini fridge would have been useful. Finally I chose not to have the breakfast again, though lots of guests were clearly happy with it.
