Staff where so lovely and helpful, Location is in the heart of the city, surrounded by loads of restaurants, shops & cafes 20 minute walk to Champs-Élysées, 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, Rooms are small but they are styled very modern, super cosy, and very clean. All hotel is spotless, overall its a cute modern hotel and a perfect stay for a few days in Paris. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

The location was fabulous. Close to restaurants and the Effiel tower was only about a 10 minute walk and close enough to also walk to the train station and Arch de triumph. Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast was great we probably should have just booked in breakfast everyday as it was lovely and a lot cheaper than going to the restaurant or Cafe. Rooms were petit but we still managed with the four of us and 4 big suitcases and 4 small hand luggage bags

The lift could only fit 1 to 2 at a time but it was all part of the excitement and it didn't bother us we just delt with it.

Location was good. Not around the corner from the everything but well situated. The staff were polite and helpful.

Everything (common in Paris) was a bit cramped and tight. We stayed in a room up one flight (not accessible to the tiny lift). It was up a circular very tight stair case. The front desk helped with one of our heavy bags, but it was still quite a cardio with the 25K bag wresting, pulling, and tugging to the room. But the room, small as it was, was fine form the money paid- well appointed and very clean. Happy we were not too overweight as we could barely fit on the toilet LOL. An overweight person would simply not have been able to squeeze in there!

The room was rather small but very comfortable, it was heated before our arrival and we had complimentary tea and coffee available. I very much appreciated the zoom mirror for makeup in the bathroom and the lotion as that facilitated my stay. The staff was very welcoming, very amiable and we had a very nice breakfast with home made cake. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Loved its location , staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Really quiet hotel and rooms clean and comfortable , slept well. Lovely little court yard area you can sit in. No mini bar in the room but drinks can be bought from reception along with some confectionery. Close to good restaurants and bars. . 5 minutes to the Trocadero .

Tiny bathroom , everything in there but a tight squeeze.

location was perfect and staff were really friendly. would definitely recommend and stay again next time were in Paris. staff gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants, booking taxis etc

walls are really thin so we could hear our neighbours coming home in the early hours of the morning. nothing that would stop us from coming again but I imagine it could get pretty loud

the front desk staff spoke English and was very helpful and carried our large suitcases up the flight of stairs (one of our rooms did not have an elevator). location is exceptional, 5 min walk to Trocadero and 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower.

rooms are small—I’m sure this is the norm for Paris. we had a family of 5 but could not get connecting rooms, we ended up with 2 rooms in completely different buildings, which made it difficult because all of our kids’ things were in a single suitcase.

Great little hotel in a fantastic location, just walk around the corner for a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Staff were very friendly, nice breakfast to start your morning and metro station a few minutes walk away. You can easily walk to many attractions (Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysee). Rooms are small but decent sized bathroom and wardrobe storage.

Not a lot of space to move around at the base of the bed.

Check in was quick and easy, the man was very helpful. Hotel is located a very short walk to subway station and eiffel tower. There's a laundromat a few minute walk away. Location was quiet.

They asked us to turn our hotel room key in each time we left hotel and were not really sure why but thought that was a little weird.

Lovely little hotel. Very nice pleasant and helpful staff. Great area for Eiffel Tower. Nice restaurants nearby. Hotel very clean. Will come again (hopefully) Rooms are small as are most Paris hotels that aren’t big chains. Facilities were great. Needed a key for the safe (ask at reception) no fridge but didn’t cause an issue.

It was fine. Small lift and a spiral staircase so be aware if this if you have mobility issues, but it was fine for us
