Location, cleanliness, bathroom appliances, breakfast, staff, paper napkins, everything was very good.

Every time you check-in in hotels they write down your passport details, that's a normal practice. What's not normal is to charge 100 euro deposit additionally, that's why I deduct one point. And another one, their terminal was not working, so I had to pay the deposit in cash.

Staff was extremely helpful & very kind. Location was very good. Ambience & cleanliness was also very nice. We loved our stay at this property.

room sizes could have been a bit bigger. washrooms were too small too kitchen area for breakfast could have been bigger too. nothing much.

location . near to many metro and also Eiffel tower is within walkable distance . to make it a plus point. there is a laundry right in-front of the stay. we are able to wash all our cloth before we check out

it’s consider small, but not too bad as my husband and I is not very big in size. it’s acceptable.

This hotel was small but very comfortable and quiet. Very close to the Eiffle Tower and a 15 minute walk or 5 minute metro to le arc de triumph. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty around the area for food and drinks and we found a gem of a pub called Frog XVI which was a 5 minute walk, providing good food and drinks and even a dj ! The room itself was small but did the job, was very comfortable and slept very soundly each night. Would definitely recommend this gem

Great location, very short walk from the metro. 15min walk from the Eiffel tower and Arc De Triomphe. Lovely room, housekeeping kept it immaculate. Lovely cosy room.

No kettle in the bedroom for hot water. We really missed having hot water. Staff in hotel were lovely and accommodating..reception anr housekeeping.. We did find that the staff in the kitchen were a little bit unhelpful.

The rooms were a good size and clean. A coffee machine in the room was a nice bonus. The location was perfect to get to the sights of Paris.

The aircon didnt work and as we were on the 4th floor it was very warm at night. Even though we are in early spring. There was no help to get a taxis from the hotel but we were able to when we walked up the street.

VERY quiet! Room isn't big, but plenty of room, bed is comfy, all that I needed. simple but good breakfast. Pleasant staff

Top floor room has eaves, so if you're tall, probably a room on a lower floor would be better. Everything is small, a bit tight, but everything works.

Must stay!! About a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and very comfortable stay. Especially because Luis and Paula were the absolute best receptionist!! I traveled alone and they directed me and recommended the best spots I was looking for. They definitely made my stay even better and comfortable. Wished to stay another night but they were full so book quickly!

Location was excellent, great value for money and very clean. The staff were really nice. The man on reception at night was particularly kind and helpful when we arrived late one night and he pointed us in the direction of food!

Beds are comfortable and staff were excellent. very very special thanks and appreciation to Mr.ELHachemi. he followed our rooms to make sure to be ready the earliest which is vey good efforts as we arrived from very long distance.
