the bathroom design, water splashed out from the shower making the door and carpets all wet and mouldy, the closet is too small; not fancy about the dinner, the ingredients repeating the breakfast menu, a lot of dishes were in small chunks, preferred to have a whole piece.

The location was perfect

when I arrived the staff outdoor I gave them my car they said ask inside then I kept waiting even though it was after the checking in time then they informed me they will do the bee after 6pm which is ok then I entered the room to notice no water was provided which is complementary given and I called asking for it they said ok and no one brought it and the towels in the bathroom are dirty all with yellow and black marks and they were dust in all the room tables and the TV remote and it was noisy outside in the evening housekeeping was going on in the corridors

Boutique Hotel was delightful.

I don’t think we got the rooms we paid for, no Hermes toiletries and small rooms

Service level is superb! Efficient check in without waiting and luggages are well delivered to my room timely. More surprise is the called taxi for airport and put my luggages in the car for me. It seems very thing is we’ll handled like my assistant. They really pay attention to customer experience which I have to it is the best I have seen.

The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom so nicely appointed and clean. Fantastic location and staff were very welcoming and helpful, good price for the location and we would definitely return to this hotel. Being able to watch the twinkling lights on the Eiffel Tower at night and comfortably walk back to the hotel was a real bonus. Easily accessed by several metro stations too.

My only observation is that the bedroom carpets could do with a refresh and breakfast very pricey for what it was - only paid for one breakfast, the next day we got coffee and croissants out for a tenth of the cost! Really not an issue though - thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast and restaurant were great, as well as the Location! The room was very small, carpet was old and did not seem clean. Bed was comfortable, but small.

Cleaniness of the room, carpet should change to non carpet - the water did not flow properly from the shower.

hotel was beyond all of my expectations, most welcoming and helpful staff, great location and spacious room. Something i must say- it was the most comfortable bed in my life, feeling of sleeping in a cloud after a long sightseeing day.

Rooms lack a lil bit of soundproof, could here noises in the hall but it didn’t bother us even a second.

I liked the location of the hotel as it was walking distance to significant landmarks.

I didn’t like how small the rooms were for the price. I also didn’t rate the comparison very highly between Sofitel Hotels in Australia and the quality in Paris. Australian Sofitel Hotels are 5 Star in every field!!

very classy and smart. When you, location was excellent and the service was even better. I booked the additional honeymoon package and organised with the hotel to set it up in secret when we were out. The staff were extremely helpful and made the stay even more special!

water from bottles in the room has a funny taste - very minor piece of advice to change provider!
