Hotel is located perfect for quick access to Trocadero, plus buses and metro to access entire city. Room was clean and services provided by the hotel were great. Plenty of restaurants and small shops around. The area was quiet and also the hotel rooms seemed soundproof. Breakfast was good and plenty of options.

The mattress and pillows were horribly soft, I could barely sleep. Our room was pretty dark because of its location. The gym is, as usual, mediocre , focused only on a few cardio machines and small weights - located in the breakfast room and separated by a door only so if you usually like to exercise in the morning it’s a bit uncomfortable with all the people eating there and moving around you.

the location of the property was fantastic. Only around 3 minutes walk to the metro and local cafes and bars and around 10-15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. Our room was really lovely, spacious and with a view of the Eiffel Tower from the bed. The room number was 601 for anyone who would like to request this based on this review. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with with directions and any help we needed, they really could not have done more for us. Should I ever visit Paris again I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel.

There are not any negatives I can think of. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were fantastic.

We loved that we got an upgrade to a larger room because we were on our honeymoon. They decorated the room with love heart balloons as well which made it feel very special. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast each morning was really good and had a good selection of food available. Good location, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and metro stations

Room is so comfortable and staff are very kind. And the location is very good. You can easily get to the Tour Eiffel or marche de Iéna.

The room was perfect for this trip. Small comfort, I always need, a tea, and the room had all necessaries to for that. It was raining and I got drenched, I was able to dry all my things on the bathroom towel radiator and have a nice warm bath with enough towels to dry all. The room clean and a good size for Paris. It was near where I needed to be in the 16eme while in town. The hotel is outside the ‘center’ but therefore quiet and I found a restaurant right around the corner willing to serve me a late night soup after I was finished at my event. Not far from the RER, the metro and bus stations it was perfect for my stay.

The staff were phenomenal. First class. From the housekeeping to the reception workers. I cannot remember his name, but one of the reception workers was engaging, friendly and helped us in so many ways with things like restaurant recommendations, booking a table, finding out information about places. The list goes on. The free "wine o clock" they offer at the end of a sightseeing day was incredible and helped make the entire stay an immense pleasure. The hotel is a great size, not too many rooms so not too many people, and this helped create a more friendly and personal experience. The quiet location was also a bonus, yet only a few minutes walk from the metro station and the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were extremely clean and an adequate size, baring in mind most hotel rooms in Paris are on the small size in general anyway.

I am nit-picking now. There could have been a little bit more variety with the hot food for breakfast. Otherwise, all was fantastic.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is brilliant for just about everything in Paris. We were a little underwhelmed by the small size of the room, the bed was a standard double and the bathroom was tiny. However, it was comfortable and clean. There is no restaurant or room service available, so be aware of that, only breakfast.

Truly excellent location, literally a few corners away from the Eiffel Tower. Very helpful staff, with excellent knowledge of English. The hotel has a well-equipped gym as well. The room was spacious (something that is far from evident evident in Paris) and comfortable. Lots of good restaurants around.

The bathtub was unusually narrow/tight; albeit it's an interesting design concept, it is not always practical.
