The location was fantastic! The metro stop was minutes away and you could easily walk to most tourist destinations in Paris. We were minutes walking distance from the Seine, Notre Dame…we walked/strolled to the Eiffel Tower, arc de triomphe/champs élysées and along the seine back to the hotel. The Marais, Musee d Orsay, pantheon, Luxembourg garden are also easy walking distance. The metro was also handy going to see the Eiffel Tower at night (line 10) and gare-de-lyon (line 4 and 1). There are loads of places to eat and a lovely Boulangerie steps from the hotel. Elevator was great for the grandparents and the stairs to first floor were easily manageable as well. This is a perfect location to take in everything you’d like to see and do in 3 days. I would definely stay again.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. We arrived 2 hours before check in but our room was ready which was great. Room was small but fine for just the two or us. Room was clean and bright and air conditioning was great. Bathroom was very small, however myself and my husband are small so this wasn't a problem a tall person my struggle to sit on the toilet😂. The shower was hot and powerful. I could have stayed in it all day. Bed were made, towels folded and bins emptied each day. We included breakfast in our stay. The breakfast room was clean, light and airy. Breakfast was a traditional continental buffet which we took full advantage of every morning. Location was perfect. The horel is surrounded by many restaurants and cafes. Notra Dame is a 4min walk from the hotel with the Louvre only 15mins walk away. The hop on hop off bus stop is 3mins and if your really feeling up to it you can follow the river and walk to the Eiffel Tower in an hour. Thank you Hotel Eugenie for your very warm welcome. The location is excellent with the great restaurants and bars of St Germain next door, walking distance to attractions and great train connections. The facilities are budget, but really clean and quite new. Our room overlooked the interior courtyard so was very quiet. The front desk is very cordial and helpful. Would go back.

It’s a small hotel, so would not expect huge ability to get upgrades, etc last minute. The front desk staff is keen to help within the possibilities however - they managed to allow us to stay in one room for entire duration of stay despite having two different reservations, which we appreciated!

Expected the room to be better as it was quite small with the bed pushed up in the corner against the wall and the ceiling on a angle making it hard to move around. Shower was extremely small and hard to use, you have to turn it on when you’re in it otherwise the water squirts right out the door. Toilet seat was broken & came off completely. Old, stained carpets. This place definitely needs a renovation.

The hotel located in great location near the Saint Michel Notre dame station and surrounding by restaurants. We came from the airport CDG to this hotel by train line B to direct to this station. The room size is a bit tight for us 3 persons, with the bath tube inside bathroom make us more relax while taking a bath. For the breakfast, expect no more than a buds, ham, yogurt, cereal, milk and coffee, still it is good for a morning meal. The front staff is nice and willing to help in advance.

Carrying 5 big baggage as we did, we need the lift to access to our room even though the hotel has one, But the lift is not stop on the exact floor of any room, still we have to carry our big baggage a few downstairs for one room and 6-7upstairs the other room since the lift door opened we meet the stairs right in front of the lift door and a small place to stand properly to carrying baggage up/down stairs.

The ratings online were a little unsettling, so I wasn't sure what we would find when we arrived. But the location is fantastic, and the staff were so very helpful. Our room was a comfortable size (although the shower was a bit tight--but European showers are a grab bag anyway, and everything was neat and clean. Our room was very quiet, on an inner courtyard, except for a couple of garbage bin bangs that were no big deal. Overall, this was a good surprise. I recommend it!

Slightly hard to find, on a one-way street, with the sign up high.

The location is perfect. Pretty near Notre Dame. Also near the bus, train, and subway stations. Many restaurants around. The staff of the hotel was so friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were so clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The AC worked well. I loved the air freshener they used, but sadly, it wasn't for sale.

The only thing to say is that I wanted to use the bathtub but the tap wasnt there.

Our first impression was how friendly the staff were. We wanted to store our luggage and to use a bathroom prior to commencing our touring and the staff were happy to oblige. They were happy to speak to us both in our limited French as well as English. The room was comfortable for 3 people and the continental breakfast was delicious The hotel's location was within short walking distance of both the Metro station and Notre-Dame and there were plenty of dining or takeaway options very nearby.

We loved our stay at Hotel Eugenie and would definitely choose to stay again. My only suggestion about what could be improved would be to add some tea and coffee making facilities to the room.

Great location. 10 minutes walk away from Notre Dam and a quick 2 minutes down to the river. Lots of good food and shopping around and also places to go out for dinner and drinks later. Lively street

The location was undeniable. It locates in the heart of the city surrounded by restaurants, tourist attractions, metro. Very close to the river and NortreDam Cathedral. Lourve museum was just obposite the river. Eiffel Tower was just 4 km. walking distance.

The hotel was in an old building with an elevator on a small street after the main road. A bit noisy at night. Crowded people almost all time even at night. The room was just fine after fresh renovated.
