The location was great: a nice neighborhood, within walking distance from a metro station. There are grocery stores, pharmacies and some restaurants and cafés within a short walking distance as well. The room felt nice, not too big but not too small either, and it was well heated. It was cleaned daily. The bed was excellent in my opinion, though it was a bit too stiff for my spouse. The staff was always lovely and happy to help us with everything we needed. Great value for your money.

The shower was a little bit small, and the water stream was on the weak side - but that was alright. There was no air conditioning in the room, but we didn't need it (we visited at the end of march). There were no appliances in the room (no kettle, no mini fridge). It said so in Booking.com, but in hindsight we would have been glad to have a fridge and a kettle.

The location is good, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the towels were perfect, there’s a hair dryer and wash/shampoo in the room, it was clean and the breakfast was perfect. All you need is a clean place to sleep and shower and we would stay there again.

There wasn’t anything about the property we didn’t like. It was a little difficult to fall asleep due to the street noise, but that’s not the fault of the property. We have a white noise app on our phone and that worked.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good, in a nice neighbourhood, full of restaurants around, as well as metro station. The room has a fair space. There's also a lift available to all floors. Overall, everything was pretty cleaned. In general, good hotel.

It's an old hotel, so, don't expect anything really modern in terms of infrastructure. Everything was very cleaned, but I would just recommend a deep clean in the curtain, as the window needs to be opened in summer, it gets lots of dust from outside. Anyway, I have no complaints in general.

The location is very good near Metro, and lots of restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection.

The Shower could be updated as it was very small, and quite shabby.

I loved the view overlooking the small park across the street. easy walk to Gare du Nord, and Gare de l'Est about as far away, and in between two metro stops. It met my needs just fine.

wifi was basically unusable in the top floor room.

The location is great, as well as room size. Very close to Ópera and Montmartre and there is an underground station only 4 minutes away from the hotel. The price is also very reasonable.

It can be a bit noisy because it is in a very central location. It can be a bit hot as well in summer, but the hotel offered me a fan. It is an old building, so accessibility can be a bit compromised.

Staff was always kind and polite. They were also very helpful when we had to rebook our stay due to Covid-19. In general, the food and drinks available for breakfast were delicious!

Very minor problem: I wish the croissants and pains au chocolat were a little more fresh. Still, they were not bad at all. Maybe having some sliced cheese and ham would also be nice!

Perfect location, hospitable staff, nice breakfast, clean room. Exceptional perk is bath, surprisingly included.

Everything is fine

I didn’t had any breakfast. The room was fine. I especially liked the locks on the windows. You could leave them open and you are still safe. Brilliant idea. You can leave the windows open to let a breeze in but nobody could get into the room, very good

There was nothing I didn’t like. All was good, clean bed and room, friendly staff and perfect location!

We stayed on a Friday night. The park across the street was lovely in evening. But then it got very loud and raucous with the revelry. They were having fun, but sadly it kept us from sleeping.
