The staff are very helpul. There's always someone at the reception in case youbneed something. The soundproofing of the windows is great, my room is on the street and it's a small traffic, it was as if there's no streer out there. The location is just fantastic; 5 mins walk to a shopping mall and Opera house 20 mins walk to the Monamorte. 25 mins walknto Louvre and 20 mins walk in the radius for a few more museums. And there are every types of food within 5 mins walk from the hotel.

- there's a metro running under the hotel, can be a bit annoying if you give it attention as the whole building vibrates. - the shower is too small even for a slim person. - the cleaners start making noise in the hallways too early in the morning - walls are a bit thin, if you're unlucky and have a noisy neighboor. Youre done. Luckily no major noise makers during my stay

Really excellent location. We walked from Gare de Nord and today walked to Gare St Lazare. There are good restaurants around, it’s very convenient and the staff were very nice. Although we brought our own gluten free bread for breakfast, there was plenty to choose from: eggs, cheese, sliced meats etc. Would prefer fresh coffee and the fruit salad was a bit tired but still a satisfactory breakfast. We were so happy to have air conditioning in our room! It was all we needed.

I requested a gluten free breakfast. It would have been nice of they had offered gluten free bread considering how many grocery stores are around. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Location is great - though if you are noise sensitive, ask for a quiet room as the road at the front is very noisy all night long. But the staff was kind enough to let us change to a quieter room

Good location, the room we got was 5th floor with a lift, comfortable with lots of space, the bed was large and super comfy, you can see the top of the Sacre Couer from the window which is a small balcony - great for some fresh air and taking in the Parisian atmosphere.

The room we got was definitely not the one posted on booking.com but rather an old, outdated one. None of that light, bright decor in the pictures. Staff was okay but rather short - when we asked questions we got very brief answers, when we asked for recommendations for nearby restaurants he just waved at us and said "there are a lot out there". I do have eyes, and I can see there's much out there, but that's not the point of asking for a recommendation...

Excellent location right near Cadet metro station, helpful and polite staff, superior cleanliness. Wifi was great. Window can open, and upper floors have picturesque view of Paris. Room safe was a useful addition. Everything felt secure for a woman traveller. Plenty of convenient cafes for breakfast and lunch, restaurants for dinner, plus nearby pharmacy etc.

There was some noise from the renovation in the building during my stay - I guess this is temporary. Room is small, but hey, that is Paris. The bathroom is good; my only issue is the shower cubicle is tiny, almost too small to wash in - fine for short term stay, might be a problem for longer stays.

To be honest I didn't expected, that the hotel would be so good. First of all the staff, the gentlemen at the reception desk were friendly, polite and helpful. The ladies at the dining room and in the cleaning service too. The room size is ok, there was enough space even to make the morning execises. Everything is situated handy, there are a socket and a bed-side table near the bed, shelves and hangers for clothes and a special luggage rack. The heating made the room warm. The window overlooked the courtyard, it was not interesting at all, but quite and I didn't hear the neighbours. The breakfast was good and not expensive, at a nice dining room with the view to the street.

The only thing that I'd like to improve - the hot water in the tap in the bathroom, it was not always that hot) it is strange, because the shower was completely ok, totally new and there was hot water.

The hotel was clean, functional and very well located. Good value for the price. But the staff were exceptional. My phone was pickpocketed on the Metro on the way into Paris, so I was very out of sorts when I arrived. Abdel, the front desk manager, went out of his way to assist me in reaching my bank to cancel my credit cards. Very accommodating and understanding. The other front desk person, whose name I didn't get, was also great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The desk was quite small, so not as functional as I would have liked. And a bathtub in the room would have been awesome, but none were available. But otherwise the room was fine, clean and simple, with a comfortable bed.

Location... location... location - simply perfect, you're just in the heart of beautiful Paris. The personnel is very nice and their command of English is parfait. If you're looking to spend 2-3 days in Paris and discover the city - don't hesitate to stay in this hotel.

Can't complain to be honest. The room was clean, the personnel was friendly - they helped to catch a taxi and were there to help with any kind of question.

I liked the location. I really liked the balcony with the view of the square. . But in the overall experience I enjoyed and would recommend the hotel.

in terms of the metro, the nearest station was not accessible to central places in the city and I had to go to more distant stations. The room is small. The shower too. There was no mini bar as it was written on the website, only after I asked was it brought to my room. The water in the shower was warm, not hot enough

With lift, small room but within expectation as well. Bath room cabinet is really small that will knock when turning around. Location is good, Nearby with Chinese food which is a good point when craving. McD, metro and pharmacy also near by. Staff is good, room no fridge but they willing to help put in kitchen fridge temporary and can heat up my breakfast using microwave. Just sometimes wifi may be weak.
